Remember that foul thing Jordan Gray? Whipped his peen out on TV and is misogynistic despite thinking he's a woman?
I went to listen to a history podcast today and one of the (recent) episodes has him on talking about LGBT in Weimar Germany.
So disappointing that he's on there as it's something I'd normally be interested in but I'm not listening to that gross being.

I've unfollowed the podcast and will be leaving a review stating why after I calm down a bit. (My husband is annoying me so I'm already not in a great mood.)

@MaineCoonMama i normally follow that series but I ignored that episode because of the T element. I didn't know he was guest comedian in it 🙄😒

Lucky escape there! I'm not sure there would be a big trans population back then, I'd say more transvestism would've been the norm. It sucks because I'd like to hear the gay and les stories, I'm sure they're really interesting and it's an era I've always had a bit of a fascination with.

And I notice that they don't claim Göring as trans, even hough he dressed up a lot, often in female clothing. Transvestism/cross-dressing was very common among the higher (and a lot of the lower) Nazis. Someone even published a book about it. They weren't condemned for it - it was a "bit of fun".

Homosexuals, on the other hand . . . :confused:

Oh FFS,
I've been on MN for 18 years or so, the gender stuff is a tiny part of it, it's a part I love obviously, but it's the same as Tattle as in us over here are a tiny bit of the site.
Although it does amuse me that people like us live rent free in their heads

I came to post the same story!

A pity the BBC didn’t point out that Mridul Wadhwa was appointed despite the post being advertised as being restricted to women under schedule 9 part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

I think he's still in post? No resignation, no sacking...it's absolutely disgraceful how this apparently fully-intact transvestite has managed to worm his way into a woman's job, in an environment that is supposed to be a safe space for women who have been attacked, abused and assaulted by other men. This story just fills me with absolute rage, I feel like burning the whole place down to show our disgust at what we're now supposed to accept as "normal". 🤬🤬🤬
