I live in Scotland and I properly dislike her.Who supported the trans nonsense![]()
I think he is 'suspended'. He will be quietly got rid of. Then people will start to see what he did with his husband to tit on the victims of Edinburgh. people the pair of them. Taking money to run support into the ground to feed their fetish.I think he's still in post? No resignation, no sacking...it's absolutely disgraceful how this apparently fully-intact transvestite has managed to worm his way into a woman's job, in an environment that is supposed to be a safe space for women who have been attacked, abused and assaulted by other men. This story just fills me with absolute rage, I feel like burning the whole place down to show our disgust at what we're now supposed to accept as "normal".![]()

I am now! Thanks for the recommendation.Speaking of the other JB - is anyone else listening to Julie in Genderland? Only a couple of eps in but it is very, very good
ETA - I got my Julies confused - duh!
My son was filling out his university registration online yesterday and the very first question was ‘what are your pronouns’ followed by a whole load of other ‘gender’ questions. There was no option to skip the question so he selected ‘prefer not to say’ for all of them except the one asking his sex (assigned at birth, of courseYou'd think, but I'm in my mid 40's and lost all of my similar aged friends for speaking up.
The Universities are utterly insane though, last year, Glasgow Uni, where ny daughter is, had Nicola Sturgeon in for International Women's day.
I was outraged.
I've just posted this on Facebook with a comment along the lines of 'hallelujah'...waiting to see who responds. A bloke in a sari/frock telling women to reframe their trauma after being subject to sexual violenceA bit more weight being added towards the tipping point:

Edinburgh rape crisis centre failed to protect women-only spaces
The centre unfairly dismissed a worker who believed victims should know the sex of staff who deal with their case.www.bbc.co.uk
But, but you were misgendered, that's actually literal violence. My son was filling out his university registration online yesterday and the very first question was ‘what are your pronouns’ followed by a whole load of other ‘gender’ questions. Oh, and I was ‘misgendered’ today. A guy on a mobility scooter needed someone to help him with a door so he called over to me in the street, ‘excuse me sir, would you mind opening the door for me?’ When I turned round, he quickly apologised and said, ‘oh sorry, madam’. I was wearing camo combats, docs and a hoodie (and I have very short hair). The irony was, my hoody had a Venus symbol on the front with ‘woman’ written in the middle of it. Gave me a right laugh, especially when I thought about that deranged TIM of ‘It is MAM!’ fame.

Why the hell isn’t this sort of shady bull not being investigated by a news outlet? Or by the authorities? Surely there are legal implications to this degree of cronyism by someone in a publicly funded role?Graham Linehan explains all in his substack

That's really good news! I think it would be worthwhile checking with some of the organisations that the other Tattlers mentioned. A quick google has revealed there is a whole industry out there supplying books to Primary Schools under the heading of Diversity and Inclusion. Some seem perfectly appropriate and reasonable, but 'gender' keeps being mentioned. Key Stage 2 seems to be the time and it doesn't hurt to be prepared.Just a little update following my 8 year old child being given a pro trans book at school this week…I’ve spoken to the head and left him in NO uncertain terms that if my child is exposed to anything like this again while at his school I will hold him personally responsible and will take it much further. He’s assured me that it won’t happen again (to my child) I asked why they’re teaching this stuff when the guidance says gender identity should not be taught at this stage. His reply was that they’re not “teaching” it in class but that books are available as part of equality and diversity reading books for children to read and “ask questions” so that’s obviously how they are getting around the guidance! Apparently the school don’t pick the books they are just sent ones that are age appropriate. The one in question is written by a trans activist whose whole identity (and career!) is based on being a ‘trans mom’ I asked how many other books they store that are written by activists (EDL, BLM…?) he just couldn’t answer me. I’m still furious and did end up putting a quick message in the parents Whataspo just as a heads up let others know that these books are in class. I’ve had a lot of messages thanking me and everyone so far feels exactly the same as I do
I was just about to post about this. Shocking!

They were told this at the time by women‘s groups. It was very clear that the questions were deficient, very liable to be misunderstood and would provide crap data. We told them! FFS. So infuriating.I was just about to post about this. Shocking!
