Boo hoo šŸ„² so stunning and brave to race in the NB category to keep the peace.

She said: 'What happened to me last year, I got some quite brutal threats for entering under a simple category. I felt quite bad and it affected my mental health but luckily I am a strong person.

'I'm scared to run on Sunday. Unfortunately, I have kept the peace, which is another issue.'

Frank added that she reluctantly hasn't entered into the women's category as she does not want to 'cause trouble'.

She said: 'Why am I getting another human to say 'it's okay, you're non-binary this year - Oh, that's fine, you can run now?'

'I'm not going to cause trouble because I don't want to. I mean, this is the way I am. I don't want bad karma.

'I didn't want to enter under women again because I didn't want the aggro. But I should have entered under the women's category.

Who the duck transes a toddler??!
I used to be on a site where Kathryn Matthis used to post a lot about her son, Coy, who - and I tit you not - indicated his desire to be a girl at 4 months old by "preferring" a pink blanket, and that had to be back in the noughties I think. The trend has deep roots.

These parents all have a screw loose. I do understand how hard it is to be a normal parent and have a teenager or 20-something who says "support me transing myself or you'll be killing me" but the nutters who insist children too young to have any concept of gender or gender stereotypes are actually transbabies should be hospitalised and have their kids put in care.

I could watch that clip of Helen Joyce a million times, and never tire of it.

So much common sense, so beautifully articulated.
I feel that will go down in history.
She's bloody amazing šŸ‘

I've been thinking about Jamie Lee Curtis all day, and her support of this, I get she wants to support her son, but he's not just trans, he's clearly a pornsick individual.
My mind is blown that she'd so publicly go along with it.

I know no man can ever be a woman and being a woman isn't about your appearance anyway but I find the ones that make absolutely zero effort to appear feminine even more bizarre than the others.
He made a bit more effort for his tv appearance today.

So there's a girl I know. She has always as long as I have known her identified as straight. She's getting married to an NB person. This person looks like a man, has a man's name, basically looks like a very manly man and acts like a man, but they wear dresses. That's it. I could get it if they were quite androgynous but essentially they present as a man in every way other than the dress wearing. I'm genuinely curious what's wrong with saying 'look I'm a man, I just quite like wearing typically feminine clothes'. I could get on board with that. Surely if you are NB, you wouldn't particularly want to present heavily as a particular gender, you'd present more androgynous?

I really don't get it. I feel like I would never be able to ask that question 'publicly' through fear of being hounded but I'm genuinely curious.

He will transition during her pregnancy or soon after the birth - they can't have anyone else, even a tiny baby, being the centre of attention

This is shocking. BBC Scotland platforms a father who transed his daughter because she showed him ā€œbefore she could talkā€ that she was visibly upset at being referred to as a girl. Heā€™s happy he can afford private ā€˜healthcareā€™.

ā€œMy son has lived his whole life as a boy.ā€
ā€œTeachers admitted they held bigoted views before they met my son.ā€

Oh but heā€™s got a first in psychology so itā€™s all fiiiiiine

Men can get breast cancer and the artificial hormones they pump into their bodies can exacerbate the risk/cause aggressive cancer to just spring up. Another anti to these "harmless" hormones
How do we know the long term effects of these hormones on the human body? In essence, you cannot change the biological make up of a human, so you are pumping a female body full of testosterone or vice versaā€” what are the actual long term effects of this on the body or brain???
---
Whatā€™s an actual woman??? And CIS isnā€™t a thingā€¦ you are a woman or youā€™re not a woman, which means youā€™re a man.

Wait, so according to this theory, THINKING about femininity is what makes someone a real woman. How ridiculous can you be? Women are women because it says so in every cell of their body. We donā€™t have to think about it because we just ARE. These men are dangerous because they hate women, their intelligence is low and theyā€™re entitled. I cannot wait until this movement is over.

Agreed !

I think these men need reminding of a few ( immutable, scientific DNA , biological) home truths -

Sobering article in the Times; Hilary Cass discusses the abuse sheā€™s been receiving and the spread of disinformation since the publication of her report.

ā€œIf you deliberately try to undermine a report that has looked at the evidence of childrenā€™s healthcare, then thatā€™s unforgivable. You are putting children at risk by doing that.ā€

Cass responded yesterday by saying that there could plainly be ideological capture about ā€œalmost anything and certainly about thisā€.
In regards to Tavistock, she told The Times she had concluded ā€œthere were certainly one or two individuals ā€¦ who I would describe as activists among the staff.ā€

She also expresses concern about the number of private clinics set up to treat children with gender dysphoria.
