James O’Brien is a prat. something The whole of the UK can unite behind.
I usually don't mind him, but he's getting on my bits with this.

He said he thinks trans voices should be heard on this. So essentially, we're listening to a man question men on an issue that affects women....

Only pen owners could possibly know what it means to be a woman. It’s far to complicated for mere women to understand 🙄

Of course. The chattel mindset is ingrained in many men.

A man is whatever he says he is, and a woman is whatever a man says she is, because women are defined solely in terms of the male gaze.

Does anyone think that this is just a massive trend and will fade away eventually or will we have to put up with this and worse forever???

My sons about to start primary school and I’m worrying about the indoctrination already.
I look back to life as a teenager in the 1970's, glad I experienced that time and not the freak show that surrounds us today. Society has gone to hell.

It feels like a fad with younger ones but AGPs will always be about as they're getting off on this esp when women are uncomfortable, that is what is feeding their sick heads.

NHS need to refuse all cometic surgery/care esp to AGPs, they can duck off to private, ones that need such surgery because of cancer, illness, physical injuries should be priorty and as for hair removal if not offered for PCOS then should not be NHS to be offering to AGPs

The TRAs are upset with 6Music cause Helen Joyce was on the news brief lol

Also they're upset at this part - Dr Cass, the former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, cautions against hasty decisions while children’s brains are developing, calling for “unhurried, holistic, therapeutic support” for those aged between 17 and 25.

Saying 25 is a TERF thing thrown about regarding brain development yet in Scotland thanks to SNP men pretty much get a free SA/grape while under 25 cause they don't realise they actions, ETA not sure if this reddit link works - this is them complaining about 25 year mark https://old.reddit.com/r/transgender/comments/1c06cur/nhs_to_review_all_transgender_treatment/

Just gonna enjoy this brief time of TRAs getting upset

Well done on standing firm, that must have been so hard. I imagine teenagers don't like to admit they were wrong but it sounds like there is potential for her to slowly come to her own conclusion (thanks to your conversation about extremes, and the trans surgeries implications). Fingers crossed for her to wake up to it all soon.

What we really need to a huge shift is for it to suddenly be uncool to be 'trans' and 'non-binary'. All these people have been sold a lie because it quickly became an attractive lie.
This is absolutely going to happen. It will not be cool any more, the older kids who bought in will have ruined their lives for no cool points and there will be tragedies. The parents will blame doctors. The predators will continue to prey on women and girls. Antifa will find something else to cause mayhem about. It will be perpetuated by influential AGP men and parents of ‘trans kids’ like the Tennants.

You know who will feel the most hard done by when women win this thing? Left leaning men who really loved the opportunity to be publicly misogynist and also seen as virtuous…

The New York Times has also covered it http://archive.today/JqmL1
17 year old TiF has covered the windows in Japanese phrases as learning the language.
Ok, when is the extreme adoption of anime by western teens for porn and cosplay and fanfics with its schoolgirls and very feminine heroes going to be linked to this as well? So many of these kids have anime avatars and draw themselves as anime characters of the other sex? I lived there decades ago, surely everyone is aware of the very seedy undercurrent to anime as well as all the family friendly stuff.

AGPs won't be able to argue that they 'knew' since they were toddlers that they were 'girls' - Cass effectly debunks the 'trans child' because it proves that children suffering from gender dysphoria usually have metal health issues, suffered trauma or may be neuro-diverse

Shouldn’t they be happy that there’s been a serious study focussed on improving care for young trans people? More proof this is a cult
Exactly. Obvs I don’t subscribe to the trans stuff, but at a minimum They should be saying ‘my experience was rubbish, let’s make it better for the next generation’ (obvs I think it’s all disgraceful, but if they showed just a little bit of critical thinking they’d be saying the above)

What's going to happen to all of these captured elites running these states and countries? Are they waiting for the next virtue bandwagon? They have to be always fighting against the majority population. It's always something pointless to the average person trying to survive in everyday life.
We've had global warming, black lives matter, vaccines, ukraine, trans...think its time for save the supersize burger from being extinct

BBC News at 1 of course examining it from both sides and platforming a TIM who was ‘denied access’ to gender services and had to wait till he was 18 for his first appointment.

Of course they are.......
......... has to ' get through' their massive diversity office , before any of their output gets broadcast. It's why they are often late in breaking news compared with other outlets- they look for an angle on it first, if possible.....

My daughter and I were just discussing this. We think that the exhibition will close. If it does close the guy who took the case to court and the judge are very useful idiots. I think it has played nicely into the hands of the artist and the gallery. What a perfect way to end the exhibition rather than just a boring end date. Lots of publicity for the artist and gallery too.
The artist Kirsha Kaechele is married to David Walsh, who owns MONA (the museum), and the couple is exceedingly wealthy. They'll absolutely do something like close the exhibit and pivot to something different, probably to make a point about misogyny. Walsh loves confrontational art and publicity too. He and Kirsha will definitely have a plan to make the best of this. You and your daughter are absolutely right this guy and the judges are useful idiots!

This bit of the report (highlighted in the Guardian) acknowledging the impact of social media, is excellent. I’m sure the second paragraph is referencing Mermaids:

“It’s a social experiment – we don’t know what that’s done for the generation that’s coming through – what has been good and what is bad,” she said. “Biology hasn’t changed in the last few years so it’s not that that’s changed things … We do have to think very seriously about the impact of social media, not just in terms of influencers, but about the effect of long hours on social media.”

She added: “There was some very dangerous influencing going on. Some of them give them very unbalanced information. Some were told parents would not understand so that they had to actively separate from their parents or distance their parents; all the evidence shows that that family support is really key to people’s wellbeing,” she said.
