The JK Rowling hate is the most distressing thing.

She doesn't even want people to stop being trans, to not be true to who they are, etc. She just wants biology to be respected as a safety measure. The hate she gets in return is worse than anything I've ever seen in terms of an individual being a victim of targeted bullying but she is so strong in the face of it. I actually keep meaning to write her a letter of support as I hear she reads them all.

The thing is you can never give this movement an inch or they'll take a mile - as we are seeing. We can't allow men to dress up as women and 'to live as a woman' without them next asking for access to women's spaces as they feel their rights and safeties are undermined.

And I have noticed that whenever something, anything they don't like happens they always bring it back to her!! Even when she has nothing to do with it, the rabid hate they have for women is so obvious in their obsession with JK.

I just thought oh duck off. Then I saw someone else complain about the Facebook page being full of middle aged men with male pattern baldness and I felt a rush of

Just wanted to recommend this book, especially for American tattlers. Lots of current law cases and situations that are happening right now. It very clearly explains how dangerous this movement is for womens and girls.

Oh don’t get me wrong, JJ is still a no from me too but I don’t see many others speaking up on this. The way these so called activists and feminists are so quick to drop it all for an invitation to a bloody ball is so pathetic and telling.

I do wonder what will happen when casting is announced for the new Harry Potter. No doubt the TRAs will be hyperfocused on the new actors' socials for any sign of TERFery. Any actors they do hire will probably have to agree not to mention gender etc and just focus on doing the role. I do wonder if it will put actors off applying because they know they will get hate for being associated with JKR. I also wonder if Emma and Daniel will have a meltdown once casting is announced, they will no longer be the beloved child actors, other children will.

It blows my mind how these people can't cope with the fact that the creator of something they dearly love just doesn't think exactly the same as them in every way. They can't handle it, and the insanity we've seen is the result of that. Is it a form of narcissim? It's almost as if you're not a massive bigot that hates all trans people and you're actually just in favour of protecting women and girls and letting trans people get on with their lives as long as they're not impacting on anyone else!

The far right fascist label really gets on my nerves. It's just an easy way to dismiss someone and imply their opinion isn't worth anything. And it scares other people away from agreeing publicly because nobody wants to be called far right or fascist.
