Can you point me in the direction of the list of questions please if it’s not too much bother. Thanks xx
Sure! The Women's Rights Network UK on Instagram posts them to their stories along with tweets and links to articles but here is a link to one of the posts (hopefully this works!) if you look at their page you should see all the questions as separate posts.....

On Saturday night, having spent several many hours drinking, I wandered round a well-known and packed gay bar asking what gay men think of the concept of "non binary".

"balls" and "it doesn't mean anything" were the resounding answers.

It all feels like some sort of mass delusion to me, especially when you get the really wacky stuff like non-binary and 73 genders being believed and promoted like it is now.

I never gave much thought to trans people before, it never bothred me and I never felt unsafe around anyone who was trans.

The way the ideology side of things has taken off the last decade, though, I think has done so much harm to what we're calling "old school" transsexuals, the people who just transition and happily live their lives without fussing. I feel for them.

The Stand Comedy Club banning Joanna Cherry is an example of the so called Streisand effect.

This Comedy Club would hold maybe 300 people. Not all people attending this event would agree with JC's views.

However, by banning her, she's been on every national and local scottish news stations sounding incredibly reasonable and sensible.

Talk about shouting yourself in the foot 🤣🤣🤣

By the way, I also think the excuse that the staff don't feel safe is crazy. I mean if you work in a comedy club you'll need to have a thick skin to deal with the Stag and Hen Parties on a Saturday night.

What exactly about a middle aged woman with an opinion they don’t like makes them feel unsafe? It’s lunacy.

Would love for them to define the difference! What makes someone trans and what makes them a cross dresser? If living as a woman can’t be quantified with anything more than regressive stereotypes and a cutesy feeling in your girl brain, how are we measuring or testing it? If the difference is being allowed in women’s spaces or not being, then these things should be answerable. But they’re not. Because it’s all a load of absolute rit.

eta - just seen this is what the WI are now asking for for membership. So then.. what are the requirements I wonder!
changing legal name? So if I change mine to Donald Duck have I lived as a duck?
wearing women’s clothes? So if I wear ‘men’s clothes’ for a week, I’m no longer a woman?
Surely if it’s a requirement is has to be quantified and testable?

Yet another mediocre man dominating in womens sport.

The sport thing. I’m furious. Doesn’t matter that it’s third tier, doesn’t matter if it’s amateur. Keep men out of women’s sports. Girls already mainly give up sport when they hit puberty, how many more will give up if there might be boys in their changing rooms or teams? All of the effort to encourage women from ethnic groups who might have avoided sport, the hijabi athletes and swimmers. All thrown aside for men.

For me it's all about safety. If the "rights" of one group put the safety of another group at risk, I'm not going to support that first group in their cause.

It horrifies me that we're in the position we currently are, as biological women. I keep trying to wrap my head around how this all gained such momentum so quickly but I got nothing.

The one comfort is people like Blaire White who go against the grain. She is absolutely hated for it, branded all sorts of things but mostly dimissed as a far-right bigot, but all I see is a very educated and self-assured young woman who won't be bullied? What am I missing in that I don't dislike her too?

It's almost as if you're not a massive bigot that hates all trans people and you're actually just in favour of protecting women and girls and letting trans people get on with their lives as long as they're not impacting on anyone else!

The far right fascist label really gets on my nerves. It's just an easy way to dismiss someone and imply their opinion isn't worth anything. And it scares other people away from agreeing publicly because nobody wants to be called far right or fascist.

Thanks!

I get really upset sometimes at what I see getting called "far right" by hard leftists and the mainstream press. It just seems to be anyone who doesn't agree with every single word they say? I do accept there is a real far right, who are a real threat, but I think there is a threat from the hard left as well. I just don't like extremes. I hate how everyone just screams at each other and how tribal it all is. This forum is the first place I've felt confident enough to even try speaking my mind on these issues. I don't think I'd dare anywhere else.

A few weeks ago I discovered "The Offensive ******" on YouTube, a Danish TiF going by the name of Marcus. He quickly became a favourite of mine, a sane, normal trans man, gender critical and reasonable, the opposite of that Jammiedodger person. He didn't have a lot of subscribers, maybe 80.000 max, and was never hateful, aggressive, creepy or otherwise problematic.

Last weekend, I noticed his videos - and when I searched, his entire channel - had disappeared.

Apparently he's been banned from YouTube for "hate speech".

Tattle is censoring me - it's T R A N N Y

It feels like the whole machinery of the state and all the big corporations are against us and that's what's really terrifying about the whole thing. Why can't we have a discussion?

What breaks my brain is the same people who bang the drum for acceptance and kindness are some of the most closed-minded, nastiest people I've ever seen. How has this happened?

The powers that be must have now come to the conclusion that allowing people to change their gender will always ultimately undermine the rights of women and girls.
You cannot be born in the wrong body, full stop.

I said that Dylan Mulvaney was a man on another thread and got accused of being a 'miserable, racist homophobe'. These are the levels of idiocy we are dealing with. Claiming that women cannot have penises now makes you a card carrying member of the ku klux klan.

I was just thinking about this as there do seem to be a lot of trans individuals speaking up against this movement, not just detransitioned people either, but they get a serious amount of abuse and hate from their own peers.... it's interesting...

This movement is so powerful - they can't eradicate hunger, can't stop Putin and the rest of the war mongering men, can't fix climate change but they can sure as hell persuade people that men are women. Madness.
