Isn't the solution (although not always logistically or financially possible) to have the regular single sex places but also have a unisex unit too for transgender to feel safe in.
Of course if the sole basis of their argument was that they feel excluded not being allowed in the gender that they identify with loo/place, then my sympathy is less.

I think he just wants to go to the Olympics.
Yup I agree that wil LIA m just wants to win an Olympic medal! But it is incredibly unfair. Those poor girls he was competing against!

It will be interesting to see how it falls if someone with obvious cis male benefits, of extra height, feet, legs and shoulders .. compared to all the other cis women swimmers they compete against, is able to get away with it?
( I absolutely detest the word cis ....but......I cant think of how else to describe the cis male benefits Wil LIA m has from being born male! and how these apply to cis womens sporting events!)

Or if there will be so many complaints against the entire USA swimming team that the Olympic committee have to think again, and sort this out with a bit more fairness!

Oh but then people will know the poor TiMs aren’t actual women and they’ll obviously be murdered when just trying to go into the bathroom. It’s not ~safe~ for them

Who’s interests would it be in to permanently sterilise a cohort of autistic teenagers who most probably would grow up to be gay?

(Spoiler alert: Right-wing eugenicists, that’s who.)

This is not a civil rights movement. For one thing, at no point in history have the police and establishment been on the side of any left-wing grassroots protest movement. That’s how I know the trans rights lobby is a right-wing shill. It amazes me that more people don’t see this, especially the Left.
The left/liberals are just as bad. In Sweden trans were forcibly sterilised until 2013.

And the fact that these machines assume people carry change which these days lots of people don't.

These machines are also often broken and or out of order, or only stock one type of product (tampon or pad) so again, there is lots of potential to develop a proper vending machine for womens products. I doubt anyone would ever do that though 😅
Yes! I've yet to see one that takes card. They could have tampons, pads, period pants, moon cups... There are so many options now but we're stuck with a single, extortionately-priced tampon if we can even prise it out of the (usually rusty) machine.

Theres a sound on tiktok with a song apparently exclusively for the trans commubity according to them and they are going through videos that are heavily about mental health/trauma and berating people for using the sound . Surely there are better ways to use their time but then there are those that enjoy perpetuating the myth they are the most oppressed group ever.

They can't turn off the quote tweets though 🤣 I take it the responses are overwhelmingly negative (I don't have Twitter so I can't see the QRTs)?
would not be surprised if the majority of candidates stated as woman in the Scottish greens are men in the next few years

I only quickly read the article this morning but it seems a well written and referenced article

I watch the pottery throw down. Spoilers for those who haven’t watched it from 1/4 final.
There are 4 women and one non binary female who goes by they, left. They are lovely, Scottish, seems a bit shy but has come out of their shell. (I had to retype that because I automatically used she and her because she is very obviously female.) The energy and cameraderie among them all is so female now it’s a clear difference when the male judges enter the space. I don’t know why someone decides they are not a woman, they have short hair, don’t wear makeup and wear overalls. Like every other woman doing the pottery programme, so it’s interesting. I haven’t seen the final yet so don’t spoil it for me!
Me and my mum watch throw down too

She keeps refering to AJ as she. Which it is natural to do as they are still obviously female despite the short hair etc. I can't help but feel in the past AJ would have just been a butch lesbian? But clearly that isn't cool these days.

Also cannot get onboard with "Rose" althi8gh thankfully they have shown very little of them this season
