I'd love to know how many of these trans activists actually have a job that supports them. Very, very few I'd wager.

I can imagine that those of them who are on benefits like ESA or PIP for gender dysphoria and associated depression or mental illnesses etc. don’t get anywhere near as much hassle proving their entitlement as genuinely disabled people do. Because it would be ‘transphobic’ asking them to prove anything, right?

I still don't get how trans activism has gained so much traction. There are so many other instances where there is genuine, deep and systematic inequality to large groups (i.e women, people who don't have white skin) why do a bunch of - what look like - men dressed up as women hold so much sway?

It disgusts me.
Because its about mens rights.

I just came across this Facebook account that was commenting about "cisgenders" all over Dave Chapelle articles. He repeatedly begs for money for laser hair removal which culminates in this:

Yeah or save up and get laser removal or an IPL device. The sense of entitlement is jaw dropping, don't these people have any shame? If you want something, save up for it, sell something, take out a bank loan, etc. To go begging and then to get arsey when you don't get what you want is just...

I don't think the concept of work or getting anything that wasn't handed to them occurs to these people.

And I think people have better things to donate to than an angry man's beauty treatments 😶

How entitled!!!
You don’t see women crowd funding for their bikini waxes, we have to pay for it ourselves, why are transgender people any different….

Or save the money up yourself like the rest of us rather than being a massive beg.

Get a job like everyone else.

when I want something I save up.

The entitlement of them is mind boggling. You don’t pay for my therapy or medical bills. Why should I feel warranted to pay for yours?

I've to get some very expensive dental work (not optional or cosmetic, I should say). Guess who'll be saving up to pay for it? That's right, me. Because that's how adults work, something these grifters don't get

I truly understand if it’s a medical emergency but I’m not being guilted by a bloke who wants a set of bits implanted on his chest.

I wonder what happens if, god forbid, they fail to reach the $95 by Tuesday? Kill themself? Use their own money?

"Please please pleaaaaase, tell me I'm special!"

surely the ideal they want is to have neutral pronouns? so they have them and are actively making it more difficult. wtaf?!

I finished Abigail Shrier's book and it was brilliant. She spoke to so many specialists. She does think at some point the trans trend will end but not without trouble. She thinks a lot of doctors and psychologists will end up sued as they went along with people's thoughts of being trans (affirmation) without assessment, supplying hormones and surgery. The hormones often put girls into early menopause. One of them is Lupron, an awful drug I know about as it is sometimes used to treat Endometriosis too. Abigail compares the trans frenzy to the opioid problem.... Where doctors were handing out opioids without really questioning people's pain, just affirming it. Now those doctors are being sued.

That is a very interesting comparison and makes total sense, terrifying to think about really. The US is in enough of a mess with the opioid problem as it is
