And this crap is still going on yet MEN have it worse.

They're now trying to claim that the new romantics in the 80s were actually trans
My dad was a proud kings road stomping, Westwood wearing new romantic circa and now is a football loving absolute geezer. Tell that to his face 😂

Yes I think you're right, I expect there will come a point when there's a kind of inmate vigilante justice going on. Thing is that will make it even worse for women yet again because it will be painted as 'horrible transphobic female prisoner attacking a transwoman' or something. I really do despair at it all.

More abusive emails Rosa is receiving, I hope her university is doing something about it
This is disgusting!!

I get the impression from this news story that the non-binary AMAB queer identifying person was almost disappointed that no one at the England match really gave a F 😄

Joe came out as non-binary in January last year and since then has become increasingly comfortable expressing their identity.

But the decision to wear makeup to Tuesday's match (a first for them) was not a conscious one.

"I didn't really think about it until meeting my friend at mine so we could travel up to Wembley together and I was like 'ah, this could cause some issues'.

"If you're just LGB you are able to almost straight-wash yourself, and 'butch-up' so to speak. Whereas if you're in a face of makeup that gets a little bit harder to do if something happens."

So NB people in make up have it harder than people who are “just LGB”… right 🙃

Joe didn’t wear make up for the Sky News interview, but did wear pink glasses and a t shirt saying “sushi rolls not gender roles”. Because of course. Joe had also mastered that selfie face that all NBs seem to love.

So let me get this straight. Swimming caps designed for Black/afro hair are banned from the Olympics but men are allowed to compete against women? Fuming.

I don’t think they will provide any advantage to swimmers, possibly a very slight disadvantage as they are not so close to the head so why can’t they be allowed? It’s a stupid ruling.

This needs to be said again and again. I wish Nigella "isn't this photo of an AGP male on a womens magazine rather lovely" Lawson and all the other privileged clueless blue ticks could see this

The WI SPA episode should hit closer to home for privileged people. They could be in YOUR women’s changing room at a swanky spa. Another reason why that woman who spoke up and filmed is a complete hero.
It’s completely correct that women’s prisons, women’s crisis centres and other spaces are so far out of the sphere of these celebrity women they have no clue how it will affect them.

Absolutely unhinged. I was about to say the moment one of these nuts murder a woman it'll be all over for their movement, but then I remember Dana/David Rivers and think maybe not.

I think Nigella just wants to be seen as a nice, progressive person. I mean, look at how she tolerates Jack Monroe.

I’ve said before but I have no issue with those people who complete a meaningful transition (even if they can’t have full bottom surgery because I acknowledge it’s expensive and doesn’t always work) to the opposite sex to alleviate gender dysphoria, and I do not have a problem with them using the relevant bathroom etc once they are living the openely consistently transition.

I even at a push understand non-binary as a mid state between the 2 as I appreciate some people’s dysphoria May lead them to feel comfortable in neither body for some time.

but all this self ID and neopronouns is unfortunately open to abuse *cough* Jessica-yaniv *cough*

I wish it was less beraucratival for the genuine TGs however the TRAs are ruining it for everyone frankly. It’s a rare and serious medical condition where in many cases transition is the only way to alleviate the distress of the dysphoria.

by reducing it to whims and removing the dysphoric requirements it’s insulting to men women and genuine trans folk

Also wandering around with your wang out at a spa…..

This is why you need a diagnosis of dysphora to be trans. Surely No genuine trans woman would feel comfortable doing that (even if they’re not so dysphoric about their P to want the full surgery, most tuck up into swimsuits/underwear - like reverse packing?!)

Women are just not protected. This country doesn’t care about women.
I think the DM article on this is misleading - I think someone posted a Twitter thread a few posts back on here which explains that the court essentially ruled it wasn't breaking any current laws, but agreed on a lot of points and said that there just wasn't enough data to change the law. From what I read on it, it was a case of "is this legal now" and not "can we change this law" and the court agreed that there are major issues with the situation but that it is technically legal. There is still hope!

I use pinterest to look for crafting inspiration and hairstyle ideas, I don’t talk to anyone on there, why would anyone need my pronouns? Mad pandering. Tick box exercise.

P.s. I felt all the rage yesterday, I feel like TRAs are pushing back on the one step forward we got from Maya’s case. On Twitter TRAs are saying “TERFs” are racist as a thing to shut up our debate.... erm, do they not realise gender critical women and men are of many races, nationalities, religions and political persuasions?! I think THEY are projecting. How am I racist for not wanting a man i n the same changing room as little girls?! I’m going to avoid Twitter today I think and read instead.

I feel like they are the racist ones because they are the ones who seem to think that black women are different from or less women than white women.

Slightly off-topic on trans, but on topic for woke ideology and biology vs social construction:

A woke friend of mine has posted on social media with a statement that childhood is socially constructed. Obviously societies have changed their understanding and treatment of childhood and changed legally/culturally how long childhood lasts, and different societies themselves treat childhood differently, but there's an obvious biological underpinning of physical and mental development. Is this just another example of throwing science out the window? Is this why many leftie/hippy parents treat their kids like they already know everything?

That's what annoys me, a super rich blue ticker wants to be seen as a nice progressive person (and she can afford to be a nice progressive person knowing none of these issues will affect her) but it's the regular women who are being cancelled and picking up the slack for pushing back on this. She was also fawning all over the psychotic woman hating fox killer

This can't be overstated:

Look where 'sex positivity' has gotten us. "I would totally be fine with someone who was into necrophilia and bestiality babysitting my kids!"
