Ah ok! I only know a little about it because I have a hereditary type of anaemia with teeny tiny red blood cells and regularly have blood tests. My doctor has mentioned transfusions to me before when my results have been off but I’ve never needed them. I know she was talking about haemoglobin concentration from the figures she’s quoted (which on all my records the normal range is 117 -149).

But yeah, I’ve experienced enough to know she’s being a drama llama.

I’d feel some sort of sympathy for her if she hadn’t admitted many times she stopped taking her iron supplements before cos they make her feel ill. An adult with a brain would go and discuss alternatives with her doctor. That and the fact she has freaking hot chips and macaroni and cheese IN HOSPITAL. Is that even on the hospital menu or something she’s made Jane go and get her from the cafeteria?? As to the finger up the backside.. I know they sometimes put some drug in suppository form up there to stop haemorrhage after having a baby so maybe that lines up with the whole infusion thing? Some kinda blood loss after surgery plus she usually has anemia She’s had some kinda elective thang then not looked after herself properly and collapsed at home I reckon, like everyone else thinks. She’s probably bullshit to the doctors saying she always follows her aftercare even though everyone knows full well she doesn’t.

They do a PR examination (finger up the bum) to see if there is a source of bleeding coming from the back passage. It’s normally the first examination they do when there’s a drop in haemoglobin without noticeable cause. Once they rule that out, then they’d start looking internally (I.e colonoscopy, endoscopy etc).

Ohhh okay!! That makes sense!! It’s good having knowledgeable people on here

She’s been following some Spanish lipedema specialist doctor for a while, he does zoom consultations for people in the UK. He’s the same doctor someone else she follows used. I wondered for a while if she actually went to Spain but I guess she’s been around home all this time.

I've had a tonne of rectal examinations for various reasons. It doesn't nessarily indicate something serious. I also didn't share it with the world, nobody wants to know.

The surgeon who performed her lipo this time should ask himself how responsible it was to do this procedure on someone with her history of complications and recent surgeries. On top of that, she's in shocking physical condition anyway and actively trying to get ill.

I also hate her manipulative "if Jane hadn't been there, I might be dead" because one whiny phone call or text and Jane will be on her way to Brighton now out of concern.

Also what’s with the sudden overuse of ‘I’ll tell you that for free…’

Hospitalised but looking 1000% more well than the time she claimed she was more pale than Moaning Myrtle

I think if she’d just posted a simple story updating everyone we’d have been suspicious, given her history, but that’s it. It’s the fact she’s posted a gleeful reel documenting her whole hospital stay, the way she doesn’t seem scared or relieved she’s being looking after and the way she was conveniently in Sheffield…

Exactly, it's the way she films every detail of her stay...posting her meals ffs like she's on holiday. It's bizarre. When I was younger I had a doctor check my rectum once and I was so embarrassed I didn't even tell my partner. Not saying that's mature, it's obviously nothing to be embarrassed about, but I can't get my head around posting that on your instagram story!?

A) you were younger, I’m sure by now you know it’s part of the “we do what we need to” but B at Gab) it’s like she doesn’t want to get better?! After everything with bowel babe you’d think she’d be trying to make her younger followers find it normal and acceptable, not making it a big deal and acting like a child! Every test is a necessary one (if she’s telling the doctor’s the truth about symptoms) so put your big girl pants on and get the fuck on with it

Put your money awayyyyy! (cracks me up when Peter Kay says it)

lol @ the way she says “collapsed” because it sounds more dramatic than just “fainted”

Also I had two bags of blood twice when I was in hospital (two separate stays) because of a low blood count I’m assuming. I really can’t remember, but it wasn’t because I’d had any operations. That was in 2008 though so I don’t know if they do things differently now, have new drugs etc. I didn’t gleefully take photos of the blood going in though while stuffing my face with a sandwich

Edit: just checked my diary from 2008 and I actually had 3 bags of blood the first time I was in for 2 weeks.

I don’t follow her that closely but come across a video of each day in hospital?! What is wrong with her. Attention seeking much.

must have been so happy to go hospital, it’s her version of a bloody holiday!

Also spent 3 weeks in Sheffield? I bet you come Christmas she will write a post about how toxic the family home is so can’t go.

Looks like her dad has moved out now, that’s why she’s been going more often and staying there, without moaning about her dad. I wonder if he will spend Christmas there though. Doesn’t he have a partner? Wonder why he never used to spend Christmas with them?

Oh he has moved out?! Ok that makes sense then.

Starting this by saying I wouldn’t wish a hospital stay on anyone, and I genuinely hope she’s out of hospital and on the mend.

I would say I hope this is a wake up call for her diet and reluctance to properly treat her ongoing conditions but we all know she’ll be living on the high of this illness for a while, refreshing the comments on her sycophantic reel before going on to the next major catastrophe. It’s a sad life, she has money and the freedom to do anything but all she does is chase clout for her latest illness, family drama or other dramatic event. The frustrating thing is this almost feels like it’s the beginning of a potential spiral. Perhaps wanting Jane to look after her full time, have a ‘real’ excuse to sit on the sofa all day, give up juniper moon and eat her beige foods. I hope I’m wrong and she’s back in Brighton soon but I have a feeling she’s gonna striiiing this out

I doubt it will be.. she’s eating hot chips with a side of cheese pasta in freaking recovery in hospital. Greasy, stodgy food.. the same as always

She thrives off being in hospital though. We all know she won’t do anything differently or change her diet. She’s already said (in the past) she will eat what she wants and deal with the consequences. If anything it will tell her what she needs to do to put herself in hospital. She loves the attention she gets, and people running around after her. She needs to get psychiatric help.

Looking at one of her posts and you can see the name of her doctor. Not gonna type it here but can can confirm it’s obstetrics and gynaecology if it’s the correct doctor

I know, I said I would say it would be a wake up call but we know it won’t be. For any normal person ‘collapsing’ and a hospital stay would be a ‘shit I need to sort myself out’ moment, but we know Gabs will just revert back to exactly how she was if not worse. The girl needs therapy
