It seems a halfway measure. None of the cars stayed entirely on the track in any corner, if the lines are supposed to mean something, they should keep the rule to be all car on the track at all times. As people have said above, gravel traps would enforce it and they would modify their racing lines. Might stop people flinging their cars up the inside as well… not that Max has had to overtake anyone fast enough recently.

And also monaco over to Canada and back to Spain. I know it’s historic that Canada is June but with so many more races in the Americas surely they could bulk them together.

So race list for 2024. Apparently more "greener'. Well ish is what I say. The 1 that sticks out? The big budget Miami.
They should circumnavigate the world once. Stop flying the entire paddock back and forth. That would be greener.

Easy to see emerging markets as Middle East and USA as they are getting more and more races.

I think its getting there in terms of being greener. There's no doubt contractual obligations that need to run their course but it makes slightly more sense for 2024 than it has in more recent years.

I presume they have moved Belgium to try and get drier races after Hubert and the farce that was not a race before last weekend even happened.

I didn’t release Silverstone started at 3pm this weekend. I just assumed it was a 1pm start like normal

Oooh have you seen the trailer for the George / Ted / RAF segment this weekend? It’s like F1 meets Top Gun, I think I’ve died and gone to heaven!

Canada has to be in June because otherwise the risk of snow is too high.

Does seem a bit crazy they couldn’t have pushed Miami and Canada together. They are now going China- America- Europe- Canada.

Miami I think is weather related, any later in the season, and then it's too summer and too hot for racing. Well that's what I read anyway.
I did also think that the ground being used will be used at other times.
But still it's not helping the "green" issue they are promoting.

Can't believe how scornful I was of Hakkinen for his comments then.

I'd like to formally apologise to him for not respecting his knowledge.

Sound like a broken record but f right off anyone who disrespects Martin Brundle on the grid walk. Cara Delevingne was so rude - good on Mart pointing out she is expected to speak to him. Sam Ryder tho what a darl.
