I also read somewhere that ‘De Force’ isn’t actually her surname and she wanted the ‘De’ in it to make the wedding brand sound French (this is since before she got married) I’m confused because her husband has this surname too? But it’s not actually her surname? Does anyone know the story behind the surname?

I think Fleur De Force means flower power? (happy to be corrected on this). Her maiden name was Westaway and her married name is Bell.

Yeah I'm of the belief that she didn't want to use her maiden name since her brother was semi-famous and her family's business is linked to that name. It's fairly distinctive so it would quite clearly tie her to those things. I think she probably doesn't use it now because it's fully her brand-she never even used her real name on her books-and now she's got a child it's a tiny bit more protection for her.

All of this and to add that back in the day it was commonplace for YouTubers to have these twee pseudonyms. Whereas the others have changed to use their real names over time, Fleur is obviously more comfortable keeping the DeForce brand.

Doesn't the grounds of Fleur and Mike's house have a pool? Do you think it's left empty and unused or do they just not show them using it?

Her home is the dreeeeaaaaam lol. Bought by Mike's family in 2005, imagine everything being set up for you like that. I understand a bit of the estate is farmland and maintained by someone else, and that the farmhouses mean they have close neighbours, but their whole grounds are massive and the vegetable patch is bigger than some people's gardens alone. I think to actually get to the vegetable patch they have to walk a little way from the house. Also there's a tennis court?!?!

I've only watched some of the lockdown vlogs and I don't really remember much of the house from back when I used to watch more often...but is this the same estate that Fleur and Mike lived on at the very beginning of her YT career? I remember that they used to live in that small-ish house together when she started and that it belonged to Mike's family.

Yes they defo have a pool, I don’t think she.’s ever shown it in a vlog.
From what she does show she appears to have many many bathrooms.

They must have a few people who look after livestock or help with farming and maintaining the land on the regular, so maybe onsite accommodation for a husband/wife duo for live in maintenance? Not sure if thats a stretch but I've heard worse.

I believe so. I think that's part of the grounds, and this is now the main hall they're living in.
