Fleur was tier 3 on Christmas Day so could choose to spend Christmas Day with her parents legally which I’m guessing she did.
This. You were not allowed to meet anyone in Tier 4. We got put in it just before Christmas and then a few days before the big day were told we could not see anyone unless you have a support bubble. You were also not allowed to travel between Tiers. Not sure if that would apply to Fleur.
this is exactly what I think has happened. She was tier 3 as was her family and she didn’t want to rub in her within the rules Christmas family gathering in tier 4 viewers faces

I didn't find any of this year's presents she showed all that great tbh (minus the sports outfit, that was cute), but I'm not a wealthy country lady so what do I know ;-D I loved how she had to emphasize that she's getting a whole lot more presents from people she hasn't seen yet for gift exchange Wouldnt want anyone to think that this small number of luxurious gifts is all that Fleur got this year

Oh I know, I think she has said so before, in both Christmas and birthday haul videos. I just found it funny that she felt she had to explain she will get more presents :-D

I think mentioning the ‘haven’t seen friends comment’ wasn’t about the lack of gifts I think it was to explain why ‘x’ friend hasn’t got a present in there, if she does it every year and misses someone out I’m sure she will get questions as to why they didn’t give a gift plus would end up getting asked how they have seen said friends to exchange gifts if she had loads.
She definitely misses the most lavish gifts out that Mike gives her which really shows her class especially in these times, you know INTHEFROW or Lidia wouldn’t hesitate to show off what they got.
