Jeni’s Brownies are also really nice. Tried them at clitheroe food festival pre-covid.. would definitely order a postal box
I was just coming to post this!! Especially when they’re showing screen shots of it online next to other cooking/baking books for half the price and even less..£20 for the book![]()
Don’t think I’ve ever paid that much for a cook/baking book and I have most of John Whaites & Mary Berry’sI was just coming to post this!! Especially when they’re showing screen shots of it online next to other cooking/baking books for half the price and even less..
Omg they would get soooo ducked if EHO saw thisBasic food hygiene... raw meat should be stored on the bottom shelf of a fridge so it can’t drip onto any other food... surely being caterers they should know this. Probably why they don’t have a 5 star hygiene rating.
To be fair that’s her fridge at home right? It’s not like she has to abide by food safety regulations if she is just making food for herself at home... I know I don’t!Omg they would get soooo ducked if EHO saw this
But if that’s their fridge at home what does their finch bakery one look likeTo be fair that’s her fridge at home right? It’s not like she has to abide by food safety regulations if she is just making food for herself at home... I know I don’t!
I run a home bakery and have a separate fridge for personal and baking. My personal fridge goes however I fancy when I unload the shoppingBut if that’s their fridge at home what does their finch bakery one look likeYou would hope If a catering business would just do it properly anyway. doesn’t matter if you don’t but as professionals you’d expect them to stick to it all the time out of habit ? But can’t really see them having raw meat in their bakery so I’ll let em off
