Don’t worry, @Oops, I was delighted to see @Miss Midnight posted something at 11.23pm our time on the other thread - it was just a brief clarification re a Tiffany bracelet but it was a relief that she posted, considering.EveningAny info would be great. I wish I could come with you!!
My county not far
Maybe @Miss Trunchbullcould help with some advice too. I think she sent some of her work to Amsterdam.
Saw thebtw
Do you know why the DM button was removed btw? Soooo frustrating
...and we still haven’t heard from @MissMidnight...fret...fret...![]()
Short answer - yes! It goes very well with opening up to all sources either expected or unexpected.
I am sooooo looking forward to the post where you will say;
‘I know this might sound a bit ridiculous - BUT...’
I’ve just been on a little hunt through my extensive book shelves so that I could show you a book that helped me a lot in 1993. It helped me to become brave enough to set up my own company just a few years later. (The company has now evolved into a well respected (within our industry) national company. It started with a girl with an idea. I found it so useful for actively focussing on what I wanted to draw to myself...I thought putting it here may help. My Feng Shui journey began as a result of this book because it opened me up to the idea of the infinity of solution. In other words - just because I haven’t thought of something doesn’t mean it isn’t available to help View attachment 583877me...(Hope this makes sense).

In an earlier post I mentioned money plants on your desk if you wish to draw more income. Everyone in my office had a money plant on their desk. It was placed next to the telephone where business was done from. My first FSM really laboured this point. I did as he said - it worked and so the practise has always been continued. I heartily recommend this as I have had VERY good results from it indeed.Morning ladies!!! Any thoughts on Crussela plant? Also known as money plant. I bought two over the weekend but wasn’t sure if they needed to be placed in a certain room/direction? Thank you!

They really work! They work because you are constantly reminded of your intention when you look at them. You follow your dominant thoughts so if this is a dominant thought - you follow it. Also, it‘s great fun - especially when the item you have focussed on mysteriously appears. Keep us posted. Also, when you are drawing something down you empower it even more by telling others about it. This is a strange anomaly - its almost as if you have to make it happen because you told someone you wanted it to...Thank you very much! I am loving these websites!! I'm going to get started on it tonight!
There's this https://tattle.life/threads/feng-shui.15660/post-4001599 and this https://www.thespruce.com/alternatives-to-smudging-4137648I'm trying to find the clapping instructions, but can't seem to find them in this thread. Can anyone point me to the post? Specifically which corner of each room, or is it all corners of all rooms, speed? Windows and doors open?
They’ve been dispatched so I’ll let you know when they arrive.These look wonderful! Much better than the purse mouse I found on Etsy. I haven't even used my purse since Covid started. I jam my pockets with all I need to not have to faff with sanitizing my leather purses. Much better to have something I can stick on/inside my phone case.
Thank you, @50sGirl!!
Do you think it's something that is okay to be done frequently.. say monthly? or would that be too much? Don't want to mess anything up, but there are just a few things I'd like to do different next time, though there is no need for me to rush into it.So interesting that you felt many emotions whilst you were clapping. Clearly your focus was very intent and it sounds to me like you did it very well. The effects should carry on with you for a little while as you have created a bit of a re-set now and may find this overlaps and insinuates itself into clearer thinking in other areas of your life. I have decided to do my next clap at the beginning of October or sooner if I start to feel a bit stuck. Having done it this time you will sense when you need to do it again. SO glad it felt good for you to do it.
I think you may be feeling what so many others are starting to feel vis going back to work. Are you able to entertain the thought of setting an intention to enjoying your work when you go back at all? Is it the work (I know your desk isn't in the right place at all) or is it the commute which makes you most anxious? Are you able to ask your employers if they would mind you carrying on working from home btw? If anyone who worked with me wrote and asked me that question I would definitely give it consideration. Perhaps you might say to them that you would be happy to attend zoom meetings but feel you are more productive at home and feel you have a great deal to offer them without the distractions of the office...you might cite the fact that you feel very over-looked at your desk. I am not trying to put words into your mouth of course but a lot of employers will have noticed an increase of productivity when workmates are working from home. (A strange anomaly which no-one might have imagined pre-Covid). It’s all dependent on the nature of your work of course and how much your employer values you and what you do for them. If yOu added up your total commute time there and back and halved it and then offered to donate that time to them that may help them consider your preference.I say donate because it’s against employment law to change someone’s contract of employment so your charitable donation to giving them some ‘free‘ work might not complicate matters for your HR department if it was suggested in that way. Just trying to think a little differently. I’m sure there’s a way through this...Do you have work colleagues who might feel the same way? Maybe if there are you might feel safer jointly approaching your employers on that basis perhaps...Just a few ideas...![]()
Just back from getting my Pfizer jab - v civilised. Took place in the hallowed grounds of rugby history - the Aviva Stadium. Anyway, happy Saturday - and yes, I love my name if it has Bennet in it for I am indeed more Bennet than Bennet herself. I am Bennet in a bonnet. Milton-Bennet-Bonnet.
@Milking Keynes aka Miss Havisham, Mrs Reticule Bennett, Mrs Archer Karcher and now Milton Keynes. I mean you are just destined for names. It’s your destiny...I once called @Miss Trunchbull, Miss Trunchpole...Trunchy is so much easier for the hard of memory...Anyway - it suits her. Milton Bennett - Oh! Milton Bennett! I can’t find my glasses again...Yep it’s got a definite ring to it

That would be lovelyI was so touched by your post. Truly. Also, it has INSPIRED me! I had a
moment! I am absolutely mad about Interiors. They give me so much joy. Also, so do animals. I KNOW I’m not the only one. Maybe we could have a new topic thread where we could all share snapshots of some of our own interiors maybe or interiors we really like the look of AND our own pets! I am thinking it could maybe be called ‘Vignettes and Pets...’ I could write poems and songs about the pets again - I LOVE doing that and ANYONE else who wanted to could too.
The best part of Fur Babies (for me) was seeing the photos and hearing about the characteristics of everyone’s beloved pets. The mixture of sadness and joy of the Rainbow Bridge Babies (I bawled my eyes out writing some of them) and the feel-good factor of us all sharing them. So combining the two might give us a really happy, joyful site to visit and share together...So we’d have Feng Shui here and Interiors and Pets there; Whadderya’ think? If you like the idea I can set up a new thread tomorrow.
...this is me doing a giggle-fandango at the thought of it...

I am personally going to treasure that piece of advice.I really feel for you. I don’t know if this will help you BUT I was once told this and it has really helped me. If you get a coin and say heads I should do this...and tails I should do that - then you toss that coin and it gives you your answer - THEN if you want to say to yourself “best out of 3’ from the result you just got then the right decision is the opposite of what you just got on the first toss. (If it wasn’t you would not have wanted to do the best of 3 because your answer would have come with the first toss). I hope you can understand this very badly written post. I am more than happy to attempt to explain it again if it sounds like gibberish. Also, maybe the energy on the other thread has resonated with you because it might be more uppermost in your mind than you maybe thought it was. It’s almost like you’ve been given a processing trigger by reading the views of the posters. Energy is SO powerful...half the time we aren’t even aware of it. It might really help you to have a good hard think. On a quantum level we can at times damage ourselves by doing something that doesn’t feel right. If it feels right do it - if it doesn’t don’t. That’s your inner bell - It rings for a reason.
I think I may have said this before on this thread but Tesla said this;
If you want to understand the secrets of the universe; think in terms of Energy, Frequency and Vibration.
