That’s so upsetting! Sephora likes offering samples of Beach Walk as an add on at checkout. In store they are always really nice about making up samples, too.I had Beach Walk but I can’t for the life of me find it anywhereI love it but it doesn’t last long for the price.
I love Crystal Noir as well!Ah I love this thread already!
a few of my favourites are ...
Paco Rabanne - Olympea, Pure XS
Valentino - Born In Roma
Versace - Crystal Noir
Marc Jacobs - Decadence
I love Santal 33. Maison Louise Marie no.04 is a close dupe.Has anyone tried le labo santal 33? I've heard good things but not sure I can justify the price tag?
Ooooh I shall try it thanks, I always wear spicy orientals or beachy scents, i want to try more sweet scents. I recently got JPG Scandal and its soooo nice.212 sexy for her is candy flossy and spicy if you like that sort of thing!
I’ve not heard of that one!Nothing beats Tom Ford. Cafe rose is my favourite.
Issey Miyake L'eau d'Issey Rose and Rose is my favourite. I also like Jo Loves White Rose and Lemon Leaves. A friend swears by Byredo Rose of No Man's Land which I have never triedCan anyone recommend a nice rose scented perfume?
I do like Elizabeth Arden Green Tea too. Has a lovely fresh aroma. It reminds me of a time in my life that was good and upbeat.Prada - Candy Gloss
Elizabeth Arden - Green Tea (#1 fave but sadly doesn't last that long - the EDP lasts longer than the weaker version though)
Paco Rabanne - Olympea
Shiseido - Rising Sun
Issey Miyake - L'eau d'Issey Pure
I don't like anything with patchouli in it or that is too heavy or smoky
Oh I think I used to wear that in the late 90’sMonsoon used to do a perfume in a little blue bottle with a copper-coloured pointy lid, it was lovely. (I just saw it on eBay, £120!)
I'm gunna try mine again tomorrow! I wonder if they've reformulated it at some pointI think that Fragantica description is pretty accurate. I couldn’t put my finger on it but vanilla is right, as @Inforapenny says! I actually don’t like vanilla in candles and lotions etc. but it’s kind of a deeper, darker vanilla, maybe more musky? It’s definitely warm and rich.
