In the US, Chesapeake, VA to be specific. Ever since companies started running hospitals, they are turning away patients who may have an unfavorable outcome. Between my weight (which is a struggle when you cannot stand or walk a short distance) and my CRPS, I am being put on hold. CRPS has no cure and very little successful treatment options. I am fighting the system, even with several doctors saying the knee will need to be replaced. But what can I do?
Is that Sentara?
As horrible as it sounds you may have to go up peninsula, maybe as far as Salisbury

How do you know? Based on the vlog, he had to ask Ab if she wanted to use the velcro pics to brush her teeth. Everything seemed like a new approach w/ teaching her. Even the face care was discussed like it was a new procedure. Her teeth are never brushed properly & not flossing is NOT ok.

Her 2 front teeth looked terribly pushed in from her tight top lip in yesterday’s vlog. I can’t see them lasting very long.
I noticed her 2 front teeth also.

If she ever was a manager at Lowes, maybe it was way long ago when they lived in the Carolinas?
I recall after they got to Jacksonville, she went to work at a shipyard or something as a manager.
I can't keep up with these small details.
You're right. A timeline would be necessary to keep it straight but I don't care enough to make one. It's just not that important in my life.
😂
Im just saying in general it would be nice, not for you to make one. All I know is I read somewhere on this forum she worked at Lowes as a manager. And I figured she had to working there for years to obtain a position like that.

Just found this article also which may explain the cut to 1 day a week from Brandi

"Their daughter has been able to receive services for the past five years. Three months ago, she stopped receiving help from Medicaid. "

They also claim she can shop and bathe herself in this article

It’s amazing, with Abigail she’s now able to go grocery shopping with us and she’s able to bath herself and do all of these life skills that many of us take for granted,” said Priscilla Maass.
I remember this, Asa vlogged all about it and P filmed him speaking to the crowd.
It does make sense though, because the article stated "No changes in services in 2019". Maybe they got the word she was being bumped back for 2020?

Exactly!

Y’all do have to realize, just because surgery can be done to correct issues, doesn’t mean it will be done... Same thing with her teeth and orthodontics..

Hold on, before I get bashed...

When you take your child to the doctor, specialist, dentist, etc., they don’t just look to see what is wrong and fix it. They have to look at the overall being of the child, current health, mental abilities, etc, If they feel that with a treatment or surgery, that follow up won’t be able to happen or that this is something she couldn’t control and will go on to undo the surgery, they will not recommend having the treatment or surgery.... Even if a parent pushes it, a doctor or surgeon can just say no....

It happens every day...

My youngest child has a severe overbite and horrible teeth alignment. He needs spacers and eventually braces. The problem, he cannot even lay down to let the dentist work on him. He has had horrible issues at dentist offices and even bite a dentist before. We have been working for years, at a new office, to overcome his younger years of horrible treatment but he still gets scared and if we get a new dental hygienist, it is like a back track.. The dentist wants to send him for braces but he isn’t ready and we don’t know if he will ever be ready... It happens and is something we have had to accept...

Also, Abbie feels pain different (so does my youngest) and unless she is showing severe pain, they aren’t going to jump and do anything either...
I know a 17 yr old severely IDD/Autism that has to be put to sleep for every dental procedure. @Sam-I-Am, do they have to do this with your child too? I wonder if putting Abbie to sleep for medical is even an option. It at least an option that can be discussed

Looks like Summer is getting a good workout. Wonder if Assss could have caught her like that?
That’s a good point this bike can be dangerous. She’s not wearing a helmet if she did happen to roll away and fell off and fell just right she can hit her head and get seriously hurt. I know she hates things on her head but like I said all it take is one time.

She sold 3000 boxes at $38.00 each in 3 minutes? That's $114,000 😮 what is her commission on them at her level 30 plus percent? So she made $34,000 in 3 minutes? WTF.
I originally read it as 3,000 company wide. But yes, that would be here approx commission if it was her that sold that many.

I’m actually really shocked that they would even put her in public school. Like you said - special ed or not! Do they understand how difficult that shit is even for a typical person? Wtf were they thinking? Just goes to show ... again, how they wanted to be selfish and greedy. They should have homeschooled her in the beginning ... but then again, there goes their free time and also lawsuit money. I wonder how much trauma /ptsd she has from those days ... ugh
I just don’t believe this. If Zilla was a full time manager at Lowes and Asa was running the motorcycle shop, when would they have had time? In addition to learning, attending school actually helps parents by having a place their child can go for 8 hours.

I mentioned yesterday that Asa stopped Abbies rocking with an abrupt/authoritative tone when the chicken was singing. He stepped toward her and she looked up at him...whether it was just his tone of voice or if he was gesturing, idk...but its there.
Yes I read what you wrote and watched the vlog. I don’t agree 🤷🏻‍♀️
I felt like he thought she was upset about the chicken and wanted her to know it was done.
