I wonder if it originally was and Cilla took it, manipulated it to make herself look thinner and re-posted it to her instagram and then had the other woman take the original unedited down off of her instagram?

It doesn't make any sense. Why would this photo appear only on Cilla's instagram but not on the other woman's?
