She could be just growing?? I ate the same amount at her age, but probably wouldn't of had my second helping back to back. I was an average sized girl. About 55-60kgs?

Asa has said more than once she will eat till she pukes if they let her. Then they complain how much she eats. When then don't give her so much. Don't forget snack time is in 10 minutes.
I’ve mentioned before that Abbie could have been oxygen deprived. I also wonder if maybe she was born “normal” then ran a high fever in infancy that caused brain damage. Piggy may have also been sick while pregnant and damaged Abbie neurologically.

The thing is is that A&P are the ones who buy the food and who decide how big of a portion Abbie gets. Yes, she'll start fussing because she wants more food but come on. She ALWAYS wants more food. Just do what you do the rest of the time and tell her NO.

I think Ass would see his normal daughter if P would allow it and they just made up that the mother doesnt want that. Pilla is very jealous that Asa has another daughter. I heard she is very pretty and smart.

No but she does place her second arm protectively around her plate and will hunch over the plate, protecting it, thinking someone is going to take it away.. I have seen those looks when A or I had taken her plate away too... I wouldn’t be surprised for the day that she attacks one of them, for removing her plate, to stop her from eating so quickly... She is very feral acting, when she is eating, which happens when little or no formal training and support happens to kids that have eating disorders like this..
When they were making breakfast did you all see Abbie just grab food and start stuffing it in her mouth? You'd think by now that when she comes around food they would move the plate away from her and tell her no.
They’re choosing to blast their personal life on the internet for money so they should really explain better just wth is going on w/ her. Let’s see MRI & genetic testing reports. Abbie is just too feral. They’ve got explaining to do.

Yes. She gives them the side eye and hovers over her plate while shes chowin down. They try to slow her down by saying "take a break, slow down" and she does for 3 seconds and starts chowing again. Again no follow through from them. They need to give her smaller amounts at a time. That way when she begs for more, they can put another small amount on her plate and she will think shes getting what she wants.
I actually didn’t see that. Maybe due to her mother’s food addiction & childhood obesity (& her mom/step dad obesity) it really is more genetics than PICA. Not saying she doesn’t have PICA, but food comes 1st. I wonder if there are appetite suppressants they can give her. I had a friend try out the pill that alters the taste of sugar. They should give it to Abbie & see what she thinks of cake. It’s not mean. It can be part of their science lesson for the day. lol
