Yep! The thing is there are objectively good influencer campaigns/partnerships that make sense and add value to the brand and customer & there is definitely a space for affiliate marketing, but absolute scumbags like this not sticking to the rules and chancing it ruin it for all influencers and is why public opinion of them is rock bottom low. Idk why the industry doesn’t want to clean up its act, all you ever read is anti tattle tit you never read a critique from someone within saying actually undeclared gifts/ads are a real blight on our profession and we should strive for better.
Tho saying that the market is SO dead for this lot now that I’m seeing frozen cod advertised on their GRIDS not even stories loool & some of the mamas have also resorted to promoting CBD like a 2 day casa amoré contestant. They’re all going to have to resort to tit aff links and Ali express rechargeable batteries soon enough.

Exposing your children to social media or over sharing about them on social media has just become so normalised it’s sick. This could have so easily been named a journalist’s kit, or even a detective’s?!
I hope he knows by bot buying he’s actively dissuading brands from working with him! My sister works in marketing and she was saying how they check stats and everything before they even consider working with an influencer (especially when they randomly tag the brand, like fodney does) and the random shoot ups in followers is a MASSIVE red flag- they’d say no/ignore straight away!
