As i mentioned a few posts back, ive just come out of hospital. 7 days in the Blacrock Clinic with my back. I do have an illness but it's not back related.
Timeline of events.. Flew on holiday June 10. A couple of days later started getting a sharp pain in my lower back which got progressivly worse to the entext a doctor was called to my hotel who gave me whopper pain meds to get me home.
Straight to physio on the 20th. He checked me out but thought i might have fractured my hip and sent me to the vhi clinic that evening. They too werent happy and wrote me a letter. I chose to go to the Blacrock clinic as I was in agony and knew I would be seen quicker.
June 21 seen in BC, had an MRI and 2 lumbar scans. No broken hip but nerve damage and a a displaced disc. Hefty meds and physio prescribed.
Physio didnt ease it at all and after 2\3 weeks I was still unable to walk, drive, pee etc.
My neurologist refered me to a pain specialist on the the 26th of July and I was seen on rhe 4th of August. He had me in the Beacon on the 6th as an emergency op. A week later it was evident it hadnt worked and a plan was made to do another op on the 5th of September.
Each time I was put on heavier pain relief to function. The pain got worse and worse and I passed out which led me back to the BC for pain management over the weekend until a spinal surgeon could see me.
What I've seen over the past two months of this
tit show is, no matter what insurance you have or haven't or money, you can't get an MRI that quickly or have results back in that time unless like me you check into a private hospital. You can 't get a specialist referal out and an app booked in the time Grace us claiming and
duck me but how easy did she pick that cat up as well as move.
She is a liar, out and out. She makes a mockery of herself.
Also it's consultants holiday time so even longer wait times. I also worked rhe whole time, blessed to work from home in an easy 9-5
Greasy is a c••t. Sorry for the long post.
