Like wtf has she been learning in therapy all these years? This is pretty basic stuff. If you know you get stressed and overwhelmed then plan in advance. It's not hard.

Spot on.The only time she genuinely smiles is when she is 100 miles away from the children pretending to be child free living it up stuffing her face or glugging booze because that’s really what she wants to do
no one is saying as a mum you shouldn’t get a break if you can but this one is mentally and physically disengaged with her children unless it’s a freebie or she’s palming them off on family
