It's an interesting point you make she could have been 'managed' out of the team and placed in this new area. It happens all the time when companies can't just sack somebody they manage them out instead by doing things like this.Is there a chance she was actually "made" to leave the team? Especially if she wasn't performing. Though from what I remember she's still in linklaters?
I wonder if this could also explain the sort of baiting I think she's been doing over the past year or so where she would be dressing inappropriately etc. Maybe things were going south at that point and Eve was intentionally being awkward as some sort of passive aggressive resistance.
We'll see how long she lasts in her new role. If she's gone from there in a short period then I think we can start to add more weight to this.
