It's interesting because she did do the LPC in 6 months, and it already is a huge beast to do let alone in half the time. Wasn't she already working/studying about 10 hours a day?

I think she was motivated to do the LPC for the glitzy, high-paying law firm and after facing reality as to how dull, high stress/demanding it is to work in a firm and progress to partner she realised its not for her? Her motivation and passion may have just deteriorated. As opposed to not possessing the capability to hack the hours. Motivation and determination is a high driver and can get people far, though when they're at the end of the road they realise its not all that great.

I really think Eve discussing American legal topics is a bad idea. She's not trained or qualified in US Law, and the system is quite different from the UK.

If I want a legal opinion on US law I look for a US lawyer, not a UK lawyer turned product manager for legal software.

This. I started watching her years ago because she had good editing and a nice personality, she really felt like a genuine person you could be friends with, but at this point, she's just a parody of herself. All of the "big" UK studytubers became walking, one-toned brands at this point it's quite sad to see as someone that used to look up to them.

And also no Eve, wearing a cap that says astrology isn't the pinnacle of queer fashion, and that's frankly quite insulting for all the amazing lgbt+ artists that are really pushing boundaries of what clothes and make-up look like.

Well corporate law is a very interesting subject actually (there are many sub-branches you can specialise in too!) so I don't see how it's unexpected for Eve to go this route. I was law student myself and I was changed my career plans like multiple times already to end up in corporate too lol. I'm not in UK but here corporate-related career has much better prospects (not only financially but also the possibility to learn from the best, resources, prestige, meeting like-minded people too). Other thing is that criminal law is obviously the most "popular" branch of law also because the media portrayal. Most of my major was at some point at least super interested in the criminal law branch (me too but thankfully stopped) but eventually realised it's not as interesting as everyone thought. There is tons of boring stuff there and going into the criminal law doesn't mean you become a detective and do passionate inspirational speeches in court. Same as people in corporate don't only go there for money. To me it's not boring at all, it's very practice based, you have a chance to see huge transactions "from the inside" and learn how the market works. It gives you tons of knowledge, a very useful in life too. So criminal law might be interesting to the general population, especially as a yt content. I bet not many people would be interested in "How to M&A" contrary to KimK in criminal law or famous trials. It's also connected to the huge true crime community (which I hate tbh - nothing worse than a thumbnail with a sharp photoshopped bad ass bitch face next to a dead body eaten by click baits).

Literally.... Even if she is just doing it for the money so what lol. A lot of people do jobs that they are not passionate about not everyone is willing to be a slave to their passions (v dramatic but uno),

Well, 69,349 after tax. 5700 (about) a month. She lives with housemates, I don't know the area but say 1.5k a month, leaving 4200. Sub pass, general groceries leave at least 3500. She could buy a lot of makeup/clothes, order in meals every day, do whatever and STILL be left with like 2500. Sooo... A LOT.
