"No talk about weight here" is so disingenuous. What she means is, I'll share any and every detail of my life but only if I think it makes me relatable, will drive up engagement or I can aff-link it. Sharing about her father, including videos of him clearly suffering, but not the secret to mid life weight loss by just balancing your hormones seems an unusual choice to make.

By the way I do believe that there are hormone doctors out there that can absolutely do more than your bog standard NHS patch. But be honest about that too- I was really interested in pregnant_then_screweds chat on how she went private as what she was being prescribed sent her loopy and she really needed more help. If you can afford it then great- for me I would choose that over a holiday or something!

No doubt she’s gone to a menopause specialist. But the fact that it’s not JUST a menopause specialist she’s seen privately is a hill I am prepared to die on. Be #authentic or not, You can’t have it both ways. The weight loss is not coming about from any hormonal therapy.
She did say in one of her stories a few months back that she went to see Dr Naomi Potter in Colchester ( which is where Erica lives, around that area anyway). I had a Google, as you do and she has no appointments left for the rest of the year but does have other menopause experts at her practice. I agree that she has def come across some weight loss influence somewhere on this menopause ‘journey’.
A lot of the weight loss injections can help sort out hormones. Agreed that it isn’t just a hormone gummy that she’s taking to help herself- the neck/face and rapid weight loss give it away that it’s wegovy or something.

Not directly Erica related but Kelly Clarkson has fessed up to the real reason how she lost weight and it wasn’t walking and eating less as she initially said. What a surprise.

I think we will see more and more publicity like this re celeb weight loss and speculation about weight loss drugs. With ED it is just so flipping obvious! She should just come out and own it. She could really work it to her advantage.

Erica’s account is now her displaying her new body, down to HRT of course, and her echo chamber telling her how amazing she looks. Literally that is it!

I saw the reel about Chelsea flower show and she had been invited by Radley (handbags) When has she ever used/worn a Radley handbag. It’s so flaky just advertising everyone and every product you are offered. Massively puts me off of these brands and there are loads of them doing. Also when has she ever shown an interest in gardening !
Yup, but it’s a chance to wear another pretty dress and go for a lovely free lunch! I do really like her style and the way she shows it but when I take a step back (because I couldn’t afford even 2% of the amount that she shows), where would I ever be able to wear it to? It really is huge over-consumption and a LOT of her items are really high end. I ‘um and ah’ for ages when I spot something in COS - a case in point being a winter dress that I waited to be in the sale before I bought it. I think she would be better to show multiple ways of wearing/styling some of the items that she has.
She never wears most of the items she puts on her feed. She either sends them back (I think she’s been quite open about this) but not before putting up an affiliate link or she sells them on. I see her around Manningtree and Dedham and she’s in wide leg trousers and shirts. Her feed is now just a walking advert for any gig her agent can get her, depending on who pays the most. She doesn’t care that she’s selling a dream to most of her followers, if they pay, she puts it on her feed. Just stop following her that’s my advice. She’s pretty universally disliked around here because she’s so snotty.
Really put off by that Chelsea Flower Show outing. It was a free lunch at an event that is extremely expensive to go to. It was so pointless. Did have to laugh at Alexandra Stedman carrying a really awful Radley bag in one of the group photos. They would literally sell anything these influencers
