Possibly been mentioned before but what does everyone think of these You Tube ‘shorts’? Just find it annoying when you go to watch a vlog and it‘s a 10 second random clip. wonder If they have to do it to keep their views up on You Tube?

I hate them!!! Must be a way to keep up views and help the YouTube algorithm I imagine but just another app trying to gain the success that TikTok has!

Meg did say she’s looking at buying a ‘horse’ this winter… and Ari will grow bigger than the girls. I’m glad she doesn’t have a huge, well bred fancy warm blood. I find it a lot more relatable.

In contrast, Cerys comes across like she’s overhorsed herself with all of her horses. And the fact that she’s sponsored by the most expensive of most expensive brands triggers me, alongside the fact that they’re absolutely minted and have very clearly splashed on their ‘at-home’ set up.

On another note, (I know she’s technically not an influencer however a pro rider and a few have been mentioned before), did anyone see Phoebe Buckley having quite a discussion with Sarah Stout about why Keysoe International failing?

Can anyone explain what is happening with keysoe? I thought I had seen a screenshot of a post from them about closing but I now can’t find that post on any of their social media? Have they deleted it or am I not looking properly?? Or did I dream it? Or misread?

It was interesting! I never been to Keysoe (wrong part of the country for me) but the owner sounds like she has plenty of brass to be investing in it for own use.

Just watched Tina’s Chillington vlog, why is she eventing if she doesn’t have the want to really go? Her last few have been started off with she not that excited to go if she’s being honest??!! Did she go to chase the Badminton qualifier or as she always says, she not competitive she’s just doing it for fun. I can’t work it out. She has become extremely emotional, is she doing the Eventing/vlogs because it’s part of her working life now? She has a wonderful partnership with her horse and they both go so well in whatever they do but I don’t understand her negativity to not do it. She clearly can’t do anything on her own, she’s very needy of people wherever she goes. She’s not the bubbly Tina that we used to know.

She seems to get off on arguing and slandering people over social media. I don’t know the whole situation with Keysoe and I’m sure it works both ways but to rip into the owner and her business model so publicly (in a pretty uneducated way at that) when she markets herself as an instructor/trainer and professional rider makes me cringe. How anyone would train with her or give her a ride is beyond me when she can’t maintain some decorum online

I am so confused with her last few competition vlogs….. That she’s not overly excited to go but then goes and carried on about the drive has made her too tired, saying this after her dressage test, don’t vlog it as it’s too depressing to watch! And then gets all emotional at the end! Like why? The girl has got everything and more.

She flip flops about with stuff, it's this, then it's that. It's not just competing either. Of course someone is entitled to change their mind but I don't need to watch that. The new owners bought the place for there own enjoyment they made a fortune selling PPE through the pandemic so don’t need to make money from it. By all accounts they kept running the competitions almost as a good will gesture but fast realised that to run them safely & properly was causing them to lose money. The governing body’s of thr sports arent interested in helping so why should they keep spending more & more to run shows for ungrateful people like the ones on that thread. The self entitlement of the people witching at rhe owner is shocking just because she bought a place that usd to be a show centre doesn’t mean she has to keep it as a show centre especially when it means letting people like that turn up. I wouldn’t blame her if she shut the door completely & stopped anyone from using the facilities after reading some of the comments on that thread including Simon the old owner turning up & sticking his oar in.
The only reason Phoebe doesn’t have a ban from most competition centres is beacace Val gingel her owner is so well thought of & people dont want to punish her for Phoebe.

Amen. Why do people think they’re entitled to venues staying open when they’re running at a loss! as if they’re some kind of charity I bet Phoebe would be the first to complain if entry fees went up significantly to cover increased costs and investment too.

It is a very interesting post. The easy answer is cease posting, and then the public interest will fade eventually. Let the kids enjoy their childhoods and hobbies anonymously for the sake of some normalcy...if they want to participate in social media, let it be their choice. But one wonders how much financially the parents depend on any social media income or how much (the mother) needs the attention.....

I can not stand the accounts run by mothers - top of my list is Harlow Luna white. The mother is such a media attention seeking madam. I particularly hate how PonyMag now use her so much portraying the perfect picture of pretty blonde girl on pretty palomino pony in perfectly matchy matchy outfits in perfect beautiful immaculate yard - it portrays such a false image. What happened to being real and normal ? Just when social media was starting to realise the harmful affects of posting such a fake false crap that makes everyone feel a little bad about them selves…. Also can’t stand the DaybyDay mother and there are a couple of others - one of some twins and they do ridiculous videos and the mother puts lots of videos of gifs all over it. I would be so embarrassed if my mother did that to me when I was younger

I dont think his point was that small riders should never ride bigger horses. I think he meant that many ordinary people over horse themselves because they don’t consider smaller horses when really they would be fine on something under 16hh.



She was very early on in creating a YouTube channel & its followed on to Instagram. Shes a spoilt cat. Daddy & Mummy buy her expensive ponies & horses that she overjumps & gallops on hard ground to create content. Shes got a mare that she first broke galloping on hard stubble fields but then developed couldn’t get sound. So even though they don’t know for sure why they are breeding from her.
Then mummy & daddy bought her a v expensive eventer from a top rider. Shes struggled to get on with him. Now shes bought another very young & weak horse unseen & is schooling in draw reins.

I think her time is up on SM shes no longer the fun kid flying about on ponies that made her popular & as a person she is stuck up & unlikeable so not relatable to older people.

Just looked her up - tbf couldn’t see the draw reins post but she rides the big bay horse really well from recent posts

Agree with this! I literally said to my other half the other day I’m going to cancel pony mag( my daughter has it) It’s either Harlow, This Esme or Meg! Over the summer our junior teams have done really well out competing but they’d rather promote influencers. There are so many different types of disciplines within horse riding so lots of different topics to cover for a magazine. I’m sure harlows mums was the one who put her babies first bath on social media so that says a lot about her as a person.

Oh no she didn’t yes I agree we have so many talented young riders to aspire to but I think we should keep it real and relatable. I actually don’t mind ThisEsme as she and her horses and facilities are fairly real and normal as is Meg so good to keep that side as well
