I suspect SHE is the one sub-leasing parts of the warehouse and that's why they don't use it at times you would expect her to be there. Modular Interiors did the structural work - it was previously a car detailing workshop - hence the roller door and floor drains. EmmyLou waltzed in with her interior designer and made it "pretty".
