I’m baffled by this too! Hasn’t she done like two sessions in a month or something similar? Tony will miss the gym more than she will! Also, I’m positive she’d feel much safer going for a walk outside than she would wandering round every shop/cafe/restaurant/coffee shop across the land but that’s not Emma’s style!
