The way she worded it sounded like she was getting a visa as she said she didn’t wanna jinx it and didn’t have the green light just yet. YouTubers can get a specific visa that’s designed for people with ‘extraordinary talents’. But there’s YouTubers with way less subscribers than Emily who have received it. So I can see her maybe getting approved for it.

what’s the point in buying a house if you are going to move to the other side of the world. Surely you would want to be near by during building works? The mind boggles.

I feel like if she does move to LA she’ll be flying back every couple of weeks to see the house progress and her parents anyway. It’s such a waste to move there.
I don’t think she realises how different actually living there will be. Every day can’t be a holiday which is what I think she thinks it will be.
It will be such a shock to the system, yes they speak English but it is still a foreign country after all! Life is very different there.

I have a feeling that her new house is close to James' UK house in Cornwall or wherever his house is in the UK. Why would she write a letter to the owner of her new house as to why she really wanted to buy it? I don't know anyone who does that. What a weirdo. She was obviously desperate to get it which makes me think that the house is close to James, also she mentioned him helping out in her house. I guess all will be revealed soon as to which area of the UK it is.
I've noticed her YouTube intro says Emily Canham London??? Thought she lived in Northamptonshire. I think perhaps the reason for it is because when she moves to LA her intro will be Emily Canham LA.When did she become a property / renovation expert? It really irks me that influencers can suddenly become 'experts' in different fields and feel like they can give advice (or make whole channels and business ventures from it) when they have zero experience and/or qualifications. Just because you bought a house, doesn't suddenly make you an oracle in property. It's a bit like putting a piece of flat pack furniture together and suddenly thinking you're an expert in carpentry, or taking a few selfies and thinking you're Annie Leibovitz.
Also, really bizarre that she's talking about filming her journey (and other people's journeys too) but she'll be thousands of miles away in LA. It just goes to show that there is zero passion behind 'welcome home'. The only thing she is passionate about is making money and pretending to be a #lavlogger!

That landing doesn't look like a residential property, it looks cold and industrial to me. Still, hers to blandly decorate as she sees fit, in all likelihood with freebies or heavily discounted items that she will affiliate link to and expect everyone else to pay full whack for.
