I am SO glad I found this thread ! I really thought I was the only one absolutely shocked about her account and “recovery” because so many people in the comments congratulate her and call her a safe space , say she’s doing amazing … I avoid her account like the plague, how are none of her family and friends saying anything ??

She’ll delete any comment that is the slightest bit critical yet constructive and she’s said in the past she was very good at hiding her ed from her family so wouldn’t be surprised that she’s doing it again.

Just seen her reel about body dymorphia in a bikini and how being around beautiful people didn’t bother her - some of us recovering from anorexia gain body large which we are trying to learn to live with rather than spend hours in the gym burning it off like it’s the devil! genuinely fine this girl so insulting

the way she says she’s at a healthy weight in one of her recent tiktoks, she definitely thinks she’s recovered and weight restored and it’s so harmful

Her saying in that reel that she doesn’t love her body just screams to me that she isn’t recovered in the slightest, she’s gained a bit of weight and that is it her mindset is still very much I need to workout everyday and restricting her food intake. She needs to get off social media, stop the intense exercise and eat a sufficient amount of food so she can restore her period. Her preaching recovery whilst still currently not having her menstrual cycle infuriates me and gives people an unrealistic view of ed recovery

Not her having to state how HUGE the portion sizes are…she’s blatantly still stressed over it. I actually can’t fathom how she’s coaching 😭

I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw that story! Portion size is still a BIG issue for her which we know from her meals at home that she claims are massive when in fact they’re even “normal” portions or even (usually tbh) on the small side. I bet her face dropped when her dinner was served even though that is a completely normal portion in a restaurant.

“How every Sunday should start”, ye with a black coffee? Cba 😭

I started mine with a chocolate orange cookie and a roll & bacon. Never knew I was missing out on a perfect Sunday just with a black coffee.

(I really hope someone sees the irony in this and I don’t trigger anyone 😅)

Fit checks? Just another term for body checking mate. She is so far from recovered it’s unreal! And what disgusts me the most is how clearly her mum is supporting everything she’s doing and possibly encouraging it!

I do wonder how much she weighs…she still goes to weigh ins so I’m guessing she’s still not in a healthy range? Sorry being nosey 😂

How do we report her? She has no credentials to advise other people. Young ones who supposedly look up to her will end up like her with an eating disorder.

She said she was technically weight restored agesssss ago when she first claimed to have put on 10kg. But then she said she wanted to keep gaining to get her period back, but she still only talks about having gained 10kg, so I don't think she's gone past that. Recovering to a low BMI, even if it is above 18.5, is unlikely to be conducive with maintaining recovery long term. Also, I don't think she's at her natural set point, as if you see pictures from when she was competing in athletics she was a little bit heavier, and the lack of period is a red flag (I suspect the reason she is still going to weigh ins and is yet to be discharged).

I'm in recovery myself (very nearly there!!) after a relapse last year. When I first had anorexia 10 years ago, I was discharged at a BMI of 18.5. However, clinical thinking has changed now, and this time I have been told a BMI of 20 is minimum to avoid relapse. I also don't have my period back yet and the endocrinologist said I'd likely have to gain to BMI of 20 (and keep avoiding high intensity exercise) to get it back. I feel like there is 0 chance she will get her period back with her current position, but maybe her treatment team are old fashioned and consider 18.5 acceptable. She may end up going on the pill and get an artificial period (although this is now against NICE guidelines), but that would very much be a fake period and she would not be healthy!

No i actually can’t deal with her recent IG…
How to make her entire audience of mainly vulnerable young girls feel absolutely awful about themselves. These posts are so much worse than anything she posted before “recovery”

I know what you mean I feel that before recovery she wasn’t glorifying her body so much but now every IG post is literally her body checking. She also hardly shows the food she’s eating now at all, very concerning
