After a short bit of research - I am not an expert in this field of course, but to highlight briefly, it is basically Viagra which has been around since 1998 having been originally discovered in 1989 for treatment relating to heart related chest pain. Viagra connect seems basically to be a consumer based brand extension of viagra to make it more readily available to men wanting to get help without having to visit the doctor, and remove need of having to get through the NHS. (No idea about other countries I am not going to research forever, she is basically delusional).
