It's not even just a hygiene and etiquette issue, she's a moron. That dog is going to think it's at the top of the hierarchy. It has zero boundaries. You need to show some dominance with your dog so that it understands you're the leader and it behaves properly. If it's allowed to encroach onto your plate like that when you're eating it's going to think you're it's equal or lower than them.
