I hate the way she goes on as if us regular folk wouldn't understand medical or scientific things which a lot of us do if we inform ourselves. I'd say she actually thinks her showing the test makes people think she's fine to break rules.

I hate how a lot do that on insta. Being professional and educated in something and using your page for that is fine. But the ‘let me simplify it for the little people’ story’s re covid etc are a pain in the hole
Lisa’s arrogance is actually astonishing. As is Laura Dowling’s. The two of them repeatedly flouting regulations whilst preaching to the masses. Their behaviour is completely unprofessional and unethical
Also- the contradiction of contradictions: Lisa is doing tests at home correct? Right. But why is she testing if supposedly it was completely fine according to her to fly home? Why is she testing now if it was fine for her family to pop out into the community. Some people say that her husband might have only been doing drop offs, that’s still not isolation! I also saw a video of him ordering coffee posted recently.
So is she telling us she believes she was 100% right to fly because she’s the specialist most tested creature on the planet and therefore immune to carrying the virus or not? Because if she really really really believed that, and if her work were really really really behind that idea... then why is there a need to test this week?

I think she's just trying to prove she didn't bring covid back from the UK which is true as she has probably been home for long enough now and done a test to show that. She is trying to be like "I told you so". Very immature.
But that doesn't prove she's great, or right, or was OK to travel as she COULD have caught covid and brought it back from the UK. She was just lucky that she didn't. There was no way to know at the time. She is trying to trick people by the fact she is a doctor and by posting that test. Scarlet for her assuming her audience are unintelligent.
I just researched the test she is using it has an analytical sensitivity of 70%. Might even be less clincally. So it will detect covid 70% of the time in people who actually have it. It's definitely a good tool for the NHS to use on their staff overall and will help massively but on an individual level to try and gloat that you don't have covid it doesn't seem that great to me.

The rule is her family does not have to isolate. Only she does. Regardless of what you think of that, that’s the official advice.
same as close contact- if you are a close contact, you must isolate. The people you live with don’t have to.
The rule was a full travel ban from the UK which she flagrantly ignored. How many times does it have to be said?
And it changed after she came home to if you travelled after a certain date (I think the 11th? But it was def a date before Lisa came home) you had to isolate in your bedroom away from your family - not the passenger seat of the car out and about. She couldn’t give a f! Totally giving the rest of us the two fingers
Is she going back ?? She mentioned about voluntary work last night. Surely she would be due back by now it’s nearly 2 weeks she had Christmas holidays before I did that’s why I recall.

It’s so contrived as well. Half the country was reared on GAA, myself included and I don’t know anyone who goes on like she does about it. Anyone who’s ever played GAA or involved with the GAA would never dream of going on the way she does. She’s completely OTT and I’d say the same one wouldn't know a hurl from the ball. I do enjoy her efforts with the cúpla focail Gaeilge though I wish she’d stop trying to take ownership of everything. She acts as though she’s the first to discover anything that interests her and the rest of us are mere troglodytes in her arrogant eyes
but that’s assuming someone from Tier 4 London hasn’t been all over them without isolating.
The “rule” was that she was supposed to be isolating inside her bedroom. Not down with the kids or out in the car. Whatever you may think of that, that is the rule.

You speak Irish- we get it! Lots of people do! There’s no need for every single sentence on every single topic to be a mixture of both languages. Even though it’s super common, awesome and no big deal to be fluent in Irish- even this now appears arrogant to me. I need to erase her entirely from my memory. Life is too short.
I do worry about her constantly misinforming the public. Some people seem to be very influenced by someone with a medical degree and thus very vulnerable to the BS she is spewing, particularly around covid.

I stood up for her...! I honestly am flumaxed now with everything covid related!!
To be honest, I don’t know if I would defend her now. Genuinely. But also, a lot of people went shopping in Dublin, Belfast, Cork etc They chose to battle the crowds to go to Penney’s or Arnotts or wherever they went.
Others had house parties. Others went to mass.. my point is.. it’s not just Dr Lisa who was wrong. A lot of people did the wrong thing. And we’re ALL paying for it now.

I’ll reference whatever I want, if that’s ok with you. Hilary just shat on a whole spectrum of people from a height and she is emaciated.
