This is a bit OT but a while back I had the pleasure of working with some much better qualified people on the topic of trauma, I'm posting the link to their site here because it has things like grounding exercises, links to their podcasts, helpful resources and is generally a good example of what genuine trauma informed art and science intersectionality can look like if a collaborative and clinical approach is taken.
