I didn't know he had any tattoos, he seemed preppy / clean cut in love island. I usually avoid him, but he keeps popping onto my tiktok with his sepsis story ☹

I thought he might be high functioning autistic rather than ADHD, he seemed so awkward on love island and unable to connect with anyone there or anyone through the camera when he was chatting in the beach hut. Guess ADHD is the cooler diagnoses 🤷‍♀️ (only talking about Alex here not anyone else, certainly no one on tattle)

He posted on his story that another runner had collapsed so he paused his race to help- according to him she was in a bad way and he'd posted in his story to see if anyone knew who she was or how he could get in contact to check if she was ok

I have been listening to some of his podcast after he had Catherine gray on who I am a big fan of and noticed he’s had some other very good guests so gave those episodes a listen too.

one of the things I find striking in each episode is he no matter how hard he tries, he seems a bit tit at actually bonding with anyone.Even though he asks good questions or tries to relate back to the guests it always lands a bit flat and awkward.he’s clearly very clever but there’s no much of a human element. It was obvious with the girls on love island too but interesting to see it out of his romantic life

I listened to his latest one with Jim Chapman. First time I have. I find his diction absolutely terrible and quite hard to understand at times. He sort of swallows words and they all run into each other so I had to concentrate hard to follow him. A shame as it's put me off listening to any more tbh.

Post Covid the government were planning the increase founding for mental health in 2021 anyways it was nothing to do with dr Alex. The guy is shameless. The only time I hear or see anything about that ambassador role was when he keeps going on about how (“HE”) helped get the millions for mental health he was always praising himself.

BTW i see Dr Alex is currently on a trip to Bali, I believe he is there visiting a medical student he is dating from London who temporarily moved to Australia to do her elective he is defo shagging her, she goes by thefitnessmedic__ on insta
