It certainly looks like it. There is no reflection of her on the dark part of the carpet or stairs. Bizarre
So bizarre, is King Kong taking her photo?
Isn't there something weird going on in the area under her handbag? Where the chain should be hanging down? The colour is off and the carpet pattern doesn't seem to match properly. Certainly looks edited to me!

That picture has nothing to do with rain and all to do with vanity and showing the world how thin she is. Shameful behaviour from a medical professional. Such a shame. The girl possibly has issues with body image/food and to see her on insta promoting "health" is damaging. If she is suffering with a mental health issue someone should intervene.
