Well, I've always thought HR Guru/Sierra mist was female.

If you look at an alternative example James2001 has contacted the mods 577 times in 21 years, so the above example DSuser must have a hell of a lot of issues that need fixing to contact the mods 533 times in 286 weeks on the site.

And again you can look at some profiles of users that have been there a number of years and they may have 1 or 2. It's been a bit of eye opener for me as I never really understood why some were huge and mine was so low.

I think DS is just too bloated. With too many subsections split into there own categories.

Quite surprised they haven't reduced the forums would mean less moderation. They haven't had a revamp for a while must be due soon as they been using the old boring format for a long time since the blue inferface was replaced by the white interface.

I imagine if they did do a revamp would bring so many people back to complain about it would up the ad revenue.

Does anyone remember a poster called PamelaL? She was a regular years ago and was an Australian woman living in the U.K. She used to post all the time and then just stopped randomly. I often wonder what happened to her.

Yes, I remember her. I quite liked her.

Does anyone remember a poster called Native Moon or something similar? She was an American woman, living in Wales, with precarious health conditions. She used to post prolifically on Showbiz and Emmerdale threads, but suddenly stopped posting after having a disagreement with someone about a soap character. I hope she's okay.

I used to read the sexy thread on DS and DD and MD are definitely the same person as they ramble on about their personal life far too much and have to talk about how the takeaway they’re having is local. They even have spoken about rum and raisin ice cream before.

As far as I remember their alias was Diane and Diane died and her brother Adrian ended up posting that she died of Covid.

This may be the way to go. If lots of peeps ask for their account to be deleted it might make them stop and wonder why. Just being banned doesn't work.

Is OnlyJoking the same shit stirrer that told Lucy Van Pelt and someone else that there was a tattle thread about them, and then went on to insult Lucy and call her a bitch?

Not too sure, when did that happen?

I had an altercation with Lucy on the DS Showbiz section earlier in the year and got permanently banned but only slagged her off in here and in Dogs but wasn't aware of the Tattle thread about her.

I hope people like her who hang around in showbiz don't come to this forum with their vileness.

God Landis is reaching peak insuffrability in the Shamima Begum thread. Even resorting to the meaningless, “what if it was your daughter” argument. Well if she was my daughter one of the first questions I would ask myself was what went so badly astray with my parenting that she would think that moving to a violent theocratic gang would be a viable life choice. I was an unapologetic knobber at 15, but even I would have known that was a bloody stupid idea.

Some of you may know me from DS but I mainly sit in the TV forum more than often. I do sit on GD but that's only due to boredom..lol

Yep absolutely standard. Each account has to be approved and you get no posting rights until they do.

Loads of people on Dogs Sleeping have reported problems signing up new accounts after they have been banned, which suggests that DS are also being very naughty in collecting information about users which they shouldn't be (ie. not just a tracking cookie or an IP address but something "deep").
