I'm not sure which DS FM's profile this refers to. However, my point was that contacting the mods/support is not always to get another poster banned. It could be to flag dupe threads; posting in old threads etc.

The last time I mentioned DS mods here I received a ten day ban over nothing so whatever way it works TL is being monitored by DS.
HockyRorror has it right, there is no middle ground, you either go with the majority view or get attacked by the pack and when they complain you get suspended or banned...thats not a good way to operate and to make it worse 'they' think they are in the right when in fact all they are doing is feeding on hate.

I said before, I wouldn't be surprised if it was walterwhite as he and @neo_wales got into disagreement, but it could have been another poster.
If you use my example above this person joined DS in Oct 2015 that's 5 and a half years or 286 weeks therefore under that calculation they have had contact with the mods on average almost twice a week every week for their whole time on the website. I can't think of any forum I have been on where I would contact the mods twice a year let along an average of twice a week.
If you look at an alternative example James2001 has contacted the mods 577 times in 21 years, so the above example DSuser must have a hell of a lot of issues that need fixing to contact the mods 533 times in 286 weeks on the site.
@ste45 if you are replying to my post, then yes, I fully see your point now. Obviously neither of us know why certain posters have to alert the mods so often, but as I have said before, in the last few years DS moderation has been very inconsistent.

And again you can look at some profiles of users that have been there a number of years and they may have 1 or 2. It's been a bit of eye opener for me as I never really understood why some were huge and mine was so low.

I have today been alerted to comments yesterday about a former DS poster, DippyDi.
I have no reason to suspect she was a troll - what would have been her purpose? I only knew her through DS, but myself and another friend exchanged correspondence several times with her on PM. There never was anything that suggested that she was anything but genuine.
Before she became ill herself, her mother was ill and she contracted Covid. When DD became ill, perhaps initially not so seriously, she may have reflected on her mother's situation and decided that in case anything happened to her she would pass on her passwords to her brother (she may have used the same password for all sites, and therefore it was not too much effort).
Since she died we have heard from her brother a couple of times, and her girlfriend.
A few days ago, it would have been her birthday. I wonder what prompted chandlercheesecake to suddenly post his / her suspicions after all this time.

She posted a picture of her "girlfriend" in one thread. The photo was from a Russian porn site (I reverse searched it on google)
I've posted about DippyDi here before, but I didn't mention the username. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed DippyDi's strange posts, because other posters here were talking about certain DS members.
I remember some of her posts were a bit far fetched , she made posts on DS whilst apparently :
- preparing dinner for in-laws
- drinking champagne in French hotel
- in a traffic jam and the traffic was starting to move
She said weird specific stuff which women wouldn't usually boast about, such as being catcalled by workmen whilst eating a Cornetto in a park.
She was a les, but way she described herself reminded me of a male fantasy of a les.
Another DS member I found odd was Frazer_Young. He also seemed like a troll to me.

A few months ago he [Frazer_Young] did what must be his 4th Flounce - but making sure we all knew about it beforehand. If I am right and he has mental health problems, then I apologise. I am always dubious of FMs who have to announce they are leaving - just do it. I suspect they hope other FMs will plead with them to stay

The other reason I mentioned DippyDi is because she also reminds me of the posters on here called Mulholland Drive and TeaNoSugar, who recently got caught out to be the same person.
I find it very strange when people have multiple accounts on forums. Why do they care so much? How do they have enough time for it all? I've got my fair share of MH issues, but, I'm never that nutty!
I don't remember DD, but, the way you worded examples of her posts stuck out as Tanya's style. I've said it before, I don't buy a jot of what she posts!
I thought the same, also I said earlier DD reminds me of Tanya. I wish I could remember that other one who was a Dr, around the same age as DD and Tanya I'm sure her name was Steph or something like that. I can't remember if her posts were suggestive like theirs though would like to read them and see.
I have to laugh as before we became friends then were both banned from DS, I used to think every other poster was this person. It is so easy to see want we want to, then try to read between the lines.
I still think there are many posters who either just appear to post like other FMs, or they really do have more than one ID on DS.
