I just don't understand this anymore. It's such a contradiction to me that brands like Dior gives influencers all their stuff for free (and it has been A LOT the last few years and increase their prices at the same time. If people are influenced to buy Dior items based on what they saw on socials, but then see the prices increasing and increasing, would anyone still buy a bag that they know is overpriced? Seems like a lose-lose for Dior because they give their stuff away but the return on investment won't be high because the majority of people cannot justify spending so much money on their items? It's not like it would really impact them financially, but still


at some point people reach their max on what they want to spend on certain items right
