I took my broken bag back to Chanel bond st they were a bit more helpful and went off to see if the chain could be replaced there and then but they didn’t have any champagne gold one available so it’s been sent off to repairs and I’ll get it back jan 15th.

No nothing to pay. He said it would have been 2 weeks but because of Christmas it will be longer.
did you buy it after Chanel introduced the 5 year warranty on bags? I think it might have been April?
Bought it in May.
They didn’t ask me for receipt or when I bought it though maybe looked it up with the serial number but didn’t ask me any questions at all.

Hey ladies so I was going to go for a new Dior but it seems like the one I would have liked is not available besides what is with the crazy price increases? Seriously putting me off. I have a few Dior bags already and of course the quality is there but at almost £4000 idk if I fancy paying that. I’m still waiting to hear about my Kelly

Has anyone ordered from Luisaviaroma since Brexit? I'm not sure if there will be customs fees if I buy from them - they say there will be customs fees for countries outside the EU but don't know what they're likely to be and can't find a clear answer anywhere!
