Treating myself to a new watch and as Rolex has literally no stock in the U.K. at the moment I’ve decided on Cartier…

cartier panthere or Tank must?

Rolex have no stock? They usually have a selection of window shop watches unless you’re after a sports model?
They have no stock and the models they have in the windows are for display purposes only. I am on the waiting list for an Oyster Perpetual turquoise 31 and a 41 for my husband. We had to be ‘approved’ to go on the list. We are Rolex owners already and known in the store. It’s getting like Hermès!

Try chrono24 they are usually great at finding Rolex dealers with stock. I’ve never known a Rolex shop to have a waiting list for those models, only for sports models. Our local Rolex shop has around a 6 month wait list for sport models. I guess it varies a lot across the country though depending on demand.

The new OP colours have been waiting list since launch, especially the Tiffany blue.

At double retail
If you don’t want to pay more than retail that’s fair enough, I was only trying to be helpful showing other places you can buy them if they wanted it sooner.

Most Rolex’s that are that high in demand will hold their value and increase each year so you don’t lose out on what you spend on it. Buying anything on the grey market will obviously cost more but that’s the price you pay for not having to wait.

Selfridges sale usually starts Christmas Day online and then in store on Boxing Day. In previous years I’ve managed to get some good buys (£200 rockstud heels one year)
