The reality TV/ Z list celebs have really ruined a lot of things for me. Cartier, Chanel, LV & YSL are all everywhere. Even Hermes (tbh I was never a huge huge fan) has become off-putting as so many youtubers/instagrammers are getting the Birkins and Kellys. It's really hard to be original with purchases. But what can we do? It's not going to change.

I totally agree. I loved my Cartier JUC as nobody was wearing it at the time. Also has an extra special meaning. At the time everyone was wearing the love bracelet. Now I see it everywhere and it looks so cheap.
I am planning to get a new bracelet for everyday just I want something that not a lot of people have.
I feel some of you may disagree with my statement. I don’t get the trend where people are wearing all high end jewellery bracelets in one wrist ? I think it’s so tacky and distasteful and doesn’t show the beauty of the actual piece. Less is more.
I can’t stand lots of Cartier bracelets stacked up even worse when they are all different colours. I think it’s hideous. I want to cry when I see they add a VCA bracelet. I just think WHY?

Saaaame. I especially hate YG or RG love bracelets with WG. I think the reason I really don’t like the Alhambra MOP is because that’s the one most of these influencer girls have and they put it with their Cartier bracelets, just looks tacky to me. I have one love and one small JUC no diamonds that’s enough for me personally although I would maybe add one small love with diamonds but if I was to wear a Alhambra I would wear it alone.
There’s some exceptions of very extravagant women who have some impressive stacks and can pull it off but Molly Mae and some other trashy girls just cheapen it.
I just have two love bracelets in YG. If I were to get an Alhambra, I’d wear it on my right wrist, where I have nothing else.
I think the Alhambra bracelet really shines when it’s worn on a bare wrist. I think it looks very costume jewellery-ish when it’s worn with the love bracelets…I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that VCA recommend you don’t wear an Alhambra bracelet with love bracelets because they can get damaged/scratched

Does anyone know if you can use a Selfridge's gift voucher at the Gucci or LV stands in store? My work are giving us a decent sized voucher for anywhere we want as a bonus and instead of an Xmas party and I really want to buy a new bag and was hoping it could be put towards it.
I used gift vouchers in Louis Vuitton Selfridges about 5 years ago.

you can’t use them in LV I’m afraid - I’ve got a voucher and I’m in the same situation. Wondering if I just buy a YSL so I use it, or wait and keep saving for the never ending goal that is a Chanel bag (first world problems I know

Yes - I used my work selfridges voucher in LV a few months back wirh no issues.

The Birmingham one, which judging by your image seems to oddly be the only store which doesn’t mention not taking them…
I think this year I used a gift card at the store on at least two separate occasions (work were feeling rather generous!)
