And "Repair or replacement of the boiler should the engineer determine that it is beyond economical repair or if new manufacturer approved spare parts are not available for boilers 7 years old or over." isn't covered. And I wonder whether the fees for the comms person are reflected in the accounts or if it just falls into the great big catch-all of "admin". Are those fees paid by donations or by the profits Jimmy is always boasting about?
