He's also lapsed into naming clients on his socials again. That GDPR training clearly didn't sink in very far.

I can see he is being held to account on Twitter and blocking anyone that questions his God complex.

I really don’t think he started out intending to grift, but once the money started coming in with the attention he wanted to keep it that way.

MotherDragName has stage 3 kidney disease. It causes her precisely no issues whatsoever. She’s had a kidney removed (cancer) and the one that’s been left behind in there is not working at 100%, which is entirely ‘normal’ but that still counts as #stage #three #kidney #disease. She also has other #health #conditions. Do ya think our Jimmy will whack a new boiler in her house??

Writing those hashtags was exhausting. I have a newfound respect for Sir James of Anderson.

Well he's spelled diverticulitis wrong and you most definitely don't get in your knee.
He's not qualified to be assessing anybodys health and why does it even need to go on the form.

Also "cervicalgia" is just a fancy term for neck pain. I don't see what it has to do with a new boiler. What are they paying £18 a month for? Boiler insurance? Why would the company "refuse" to fix it or replace it without charging £2000? This stinks.

Boiler cover through energy provider? That's about what we pay a month. And "Repair or replacement of the boiler should the engineer determine that it is beyond economical repair or if new manufacturer approved spare parts are not available for boilers 7 years old or over." isn't covered. But that's just like, standard ts and cs?

That's interesting, I didn't know that. Not sure why you'd bother paying it for an 11-year-old boiler in that case, but it's easy to forget about it.

Is this plan to open a store mentioned anywhere in revised CIC papers submitted just days ago to Companies House, I wonder?

DIY people should not be fitting parts to boilers, that is illegal .

Refurbished boiler parts?

I wonder if these will be sourced from all the boilers that get ripped out and replaced with new ones for FREE PAID BY DEPHER

What could possibly go wrong?
Right?

Instead of fly tipping his broken shit all over the town, he's now proposing to flog it onto the unsuspecting public.

It's a corrupted circular economy. Depher removes faulty boiler from customer A and replaces with an item paid for by donations. Depher then employs some family member to strip old boiler for parts or patch it up for resale in their shop. Then, when it inevitably breaks in customer B's home, Depher sends the team around to do repairs.

ETA: Have just read through the absolute gobbledygook that is the new articles of association Depher submitted to Companies House this month. No mention whatsoever of a new retail strand of the business.

Just thinking aloud here because I don’t know anything about this sort of thing but can anyone just pitch up and sell boiler parts? Is there not any regulation in place to make sure they are safe?

Did you not read the part where they will be “rigorously tested” by erm…James ? Why wouldn’t you trust him?

Also, it seems obvious Depher employs a copywriter to produce text for these social media announcements. Even the recent piece to camera James did must've been using a script overseen by a writer. Because the illegibility of the Depher documents registered with Companies House is so stark -- there's no way Jimmy is responsible for both.

There's nothing wrong with contracting an expert for your corporate communications but it does beg the question why they don't also employ a consultant to help them with a proper business plan. And I wonder whether the fees for the comms person are reflected in the accounts or if it just falls into the great big catch-all of "admin". Are those fees paid by donations or by the profits Jimmy is always boasting about?

If he is genuinely hiring someone to do copy, PR or comms they are absolutely shit at it
