There’s a lot of sensationalist nonsense going around about RA not being the right man, but seeing as he said stuff that only the killer could know, I wouldn’t listen to it too much.
It took them 7 years to charge someone, I think their case is circumstantial other than the bullet which hasn't been fired and there is doubt from many people that bullets can be linked to specific guns especially when they haven't been fired. It's a common gun and bullet in the area, even the police use that type from what I've heard.I knew there would be twists and turns but I’m worried as well. Keep telling myself it’s only just started, hopefully the prosecution has an incredibly strong case with irrefutable evidence that we haven’t heard about yet.
Yes I’ve also heard there are other guns that would make those markings if a bullet was cycled through themIt took them 7 years to charge someone, I think their case is circumstantial other than the bullet which hasn't been fired and there is doubt from many people that bullets can be linked to specific guns especially when they haven't been fired. The prosecution haven't found any link between Richard Allen and Odinism, and I think the defense have been banned from mentioning it. (Personally, I suspect the ritualistic stuff was the killer trying to throw people off the scent and not a genuine lead anyway).Haven’t heard anything relating to them being positioned in a sacrificial way with branches and leaves etc, something about it being a cult killing was released a year or so ago but nothing so far in the trial (unless I’ve missed it)
I don’t think it’s that kind of mask. More like a face covering / scarf type garment that you’d wear on a cold winters day. Wouldn’t be out of place or raise any eyebrows normally, however that February day was particularly mild, so there wouldn’t be a need for it.A mask? This was before Covid, wouldn’t that be a weird thing to see?
Out of curiosity why do you think it wasn’t him/who else could it be?So glad Lawyer Lee and Andrea Burkhart are covering this. Honestly it sounds like the investigation was a complete shambles and I'm nowhere near convinced that the killer is RA at this time.
RIP Libby and Abby. You didn't deserve this and Libby you were so brave in trying to get evidence so your killer(s) could be brought to justice, I'm sorry the Indiana State Police weren't up to the job.
The descriptions of "Bridge Guy" sound nothing like him, RA is short for a man 5ft5 and Bridge Guy has been described as both tall and average height. Three girls saw a "grumpy man" around 2.15 which sounds like RA in a different area of the park than where the girls went missing. The video Libby took of Bridge Guy was filmed at 2.13.Out of curiosity why do you think it wasn’t him/who else could it be?
To me, there seems to have been a lot of changed\missing evidence. The descriptions of "Bridge Guy" sound nothing like him, RA is short for a man 5ft5 and Bridge Guy has been described as both tall and average height. Obviously more might come out through the evidence but I'm not convinced at this time that RA is guilty.
This was the same group of girls who Libby messaged as they arrived to see if the group were on the trails? And the group messaged back saying they had left. I think (again not 100% certain) this was mentioned at trial and she said 2:15 was an estimate however the text data shows Libby had text prior to 2:15 and the girls had responded saying they'd left. So their Bridge Guy sighting was earlier than they thought. The descriptions of "Bridge Guy" sound nothing like him, RA is short for a man 5ft5 and Bridge Guy has been described as both tall and average height. Where's this please? Would like to attempt to follow. So glad Lawyer Lee and Andrea Burkhart are covering this. Honestly it sounds like the investigation was a complete shambles and I'm nowhere near convinced that the killer is RA at this time.
They are both lawyers with YouTube channels, the names I've used are their channel name. They are each live streaming every evening after the court day (usually around midnight).Where's this please? Would like to attempt to follow.
And they may not be able to trust the recollection of the police officer unfortunately. When he was finally arrested they told him any damage to the house would be sorted during the search but Allen replied “It doesn’t matter, it’s over,”
If your innocent that’s a strange thing to say, it wasn’t recorded however.
Yeah that’s why I said it wasn’t recorded, could be made up..And they may not be able to trust the recollection of the police officer unfortunately.
This just doesn’t make sense. Surely once you have your suspect you’d make sure everything was recorded! Either with cctv in the car or bodycam. I understand RA was with a lieutenant in a car whilst the search was going on when this allegedly was said and yet there’s no proof?! Cross examination will be all over this. When he was finally arrested they told him any damage to the house would be sorted during the search but Allen replied “It doesn’t matter, it’s over,”
