Keegan is in prison for the next few decades. But I’ve never ruled him out in my mind along with Ron Logan or any of the others really. Ron Logan has always stood out to me. They were found on his property, giving him all night with them possibly. But he’s passed away now
And didn’t Ron make up his alibi too? Completely fabricated his story 😳

The defence are trying to push the cult angle but I am not convinced, i think it was him.
although there are some things from the documents released that are strange, the lack of blood on the clothing if it was such gruesome murders how does that happen.
I hope we get to hear from prosecution soon.
If he undressed?

The descriptions of "Bridge Guy" sound nothing like him, RA is short for a man 5ft5 and Bridge Guy has been described as both tall and average height. Three girls saw a "grumpy man" around 2.15 which sounds like RA in a different area of the park than where the girls went missing. The video Libby took of Bridge Guy was filmed at 2.13.

Obviously more might come out through the evidence but I'm not convinced at this time that RA is guilty.
To me, there seems to have been a lot of changed\missing evidence.

The witness that saw RA 'muddy and bloody' didnt have the 'bloody' part written down into her statement. Now she is a witness, she is saying she always said bloody. so the police have fucked up there.

There was also (early on) confusingly 2 e-fit's produced, looking nothing like each other. One very much younger than RA appears

Some people on the trail mentioned a tall man all in black. He's never been found as far as I am aware?

The coroner initially said that 2 knives could have been used as there were sharp and serrated injuries. Now in their witness statement 2 days ago the coroner is saying 1 knife.

I'm not saying he's innocent, but could he have had an accomplice? Have the police got a patsy? After all he self reported himself being on that trail that day, would you do that if you were the murderer?

Yeah that’s really damning, but so weird that it was even there. Maybe he had his gun with him to make them comply and it fell out? But yeah what I don’t understand is he lived there, it’s a small place and no one recognised him from the video or voice recording? It’s so bizarre.

Then, why position the bodies as he did if he has no links to any cults etc. Looks like that’s the main defence (and I think there was something about the girls new a boy with Odinist links) but the prosecution want that thrown out.

It’s a few months since I listened to the podcasts, might need to listen again before the trial to refresh the memory.
It was the literal FBI who came up with that Odinist theory, and the local PD declined their help with the case. So very very strange.

A mask? This was before Covid, wouldn’t that be a weird thing to see?
I don’t think it’s that kind of mask. More like a face covering / scarf type garment that you’d wear on a cold winters day. Wouldn’t be out of place or raise any eyebrows normally, however that February day was particularly mild, so there wouldn’t be a need for it.

It took them 7 years to charge someone, I think their case is circumstantial other than the bullet which hasn't been fired and there is doubt from many people that bullets can be linked to specific guns especially when they haven't been fired. It's a common gun and bullet in the area, even the police use that type from what I've heard.
Yes I’ve also heard there are other guns that would make those markings if a bullet was cycled through them

The judge has said they are not allowed to show the sketches of the suspect that are publicly available for years prior to his arrest! Surely the jury would have already seen them in the past?!

So glad Lawyer Lee and Andrea Burkhart are covering this. Honestly it sounds like the investigation was a complete shambles and I'm nowhere near convinced that the killer is RA at this time.

RIP Libby and Abby. You didn't deserve this and Libby you were so brave in trying to get evidence so your killer(s) could be brought to justice, I'm sorry the Indiana State Police weren't up to the job.
Out of curiosity why do you think it wasn’t him/who else could it be?

I just can’t understand why his wife and mother are still standing by him, or how the wife didn’t recognise him from the video the girls took of him before they were murdered. It wasn’t clear but I am sure you would have recognised your own husband.
In this case I really hope they go for the death penalty and I am one not to usually agree to it.
Denial is a hell of a drug...

Tbf as well, when that video came out, I remember people saying it could have been anyone in that area, the clothes was a typical outfit anyone could have worn etc.

I'm desperate to look into what happened at the hearings last week but i don't have time to go through all the documents. Does anyone have any recommendations of a podcast etc. That will be neutral?? I'm thinking the murder sheet?? Any recommendations would be amazing!

Do you think a cover up? Surely that will be uncovered pretty quickly in the trial if that’s the case… I swear this case keeps getting stranger.

Really thought the jury would have returned a verdict by now as they left early yesterday. Maybe they weren’t all on the same page yesterday after all 🤷🏻‍♀️
