That’s not the boyfriend who moved to LA, he was a videographer and did a lot of her early videos

In her last reel about the podcast she looks super unhealthy. Way too thin. Her hair is a greasy ratty mess.

‘Come and celebrate the most money that we have ever made in a week with a glass of cheap fizz, on a Friday when most of you want to be working from home but we insist you come into the office.’
---
Sums up why they have a terrible culture and low staff retention rate in one image.

Having worked in a similar company this sort of thing tends to breed resentment. They’d rather have working from home rights than being made to socialise in the office

Exactly, no one wants to be forced to stay at work when they could be going home or meeting friends for a drink. If they thought about it a much better thing would be a free team lunch (in working hours). If I was in this office j would probably make an excuse as ro why I couldn't go tbh

Yeah, especially when they own a restaurant you’d think they could at least do an office lunch at Plants! Even a morning tea or something where they shout everyone coffee and some food to share 🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh my lord, she is doing another book that NOONE is asking for 🤦‍♀️
I saw the post where she alluded to being “behind on writing the new book” too! I wonder what its “theme” will be this time?

It's so cringe posting internal business emails on your IG story. Everything just screams "VALIDATE ME"

Perhaps those are the ceo husband KPI's. Do a certain number of books, podcasts, and product launch. They are doing nothing revolutionary, I don't get her hype.

I’m sorry but is she going bald?! She has less and less hair.
40 new products launching in 2 months?! 😱😱😱😱😱 who in the world asked for so many products? Their products are always on sell by the looks of the photos i see here..how is that sustainable?

Depends what it is and how you classify different product. For example you can say pasta sauce is one product pr you consider every different flavour of pasta sauce a separate product. All of a sudden its not that hard to come up with that number

Either way no one is asking for new products by them. I wonder who actually buys these? I bought a few of the sweet snacks in the early days, but they are extremely sugary. I’ve never been even tempted to purchase any of her other supermarket items.

And extremely overpriced. She does not have the selling power she thinks she has. There is an initial buzz around new products all the time. But once that initial buzz dies down their products always flop and end up in the sales ailes. This might also be why they constantly bring out new stuff. But it creates a ponzu scheme kind of situation… not entirely sure how CEO Matthew thinks this is a sustainable business model.
