Randomly clicked this thread and did not expect to be hearing great things about her products! I'm seriously considering the keto powder for my coffee, and the creatine to get my focus back at work. I've just made some good losses through a keto diet but really worried that winter carb cravings will start kicking in soon. I could add this to my morning coffee routine, does anyone know if there is a limit to how often you can have it?

The most I have are three keto coffees, and I do take a L-theanine tablet (not Davina's Calm another brand) with the third coffee (because I can get jittery with too much coffee). If you look at Davina she has more than that but I don't take coffee in the afternoon.

Has anyone tried any of the other supplements? Like the berberine / insulin one or the oestrogen support? I'm menopausal & have piled weight on. Mostly around my stomach, I'm fed up with it. 😠

As many as you need really but have to leave an hour between ideally

Can you tell me does her keto powder have a slight bitter taste to it? The mct powder i use is ever so slightly bitter but enough to put me off it really.
No, definitely not, as @avabella has said it tastes creamy! 👌🏻

I’ve tried the spice one, highly recommend that, helps with bloating! I’ve just ordered thyroid support, but not tried any of the others… yet!
I’d give it a go, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by her products so far.

Every collagen powder I’ve tried as made me break out and would give me the worst bloating. Has anyone experienced that with hers?

I’ve had her collagen powder and really liked it. I had one really annoying area of incredibly dry skin and it cleared it up.

I noticed a significant difference to my hair, it went from feeling coarse and crispy to feeling softer and thicker. My nails as well. It helpedmy IBS as well.

I am so impressed with the keto powder and the collagen , I’ve had it in coffee every day since I got them and zero cravings for carbs or sugar.

I’ll also say hers is the first collagen not to give me stomach issues - another collagen thats berry flavoured and marine collagen gave me horrible stomach ache.

I just find the typos/mistakes so off putting on a health product, it’s so important to get these things right but the mct powder is just a mess, I’ve not looked at all the products as this was what I was most interested in- not only the calories are wrong like I posted before but apparently 300g gives 130 10g servings, I just think if these basics are wrong, where are there other mistakes, you know?

I had the same issues with bovine collagen too, glad it wasn't just me. Definitely getting the keto powder for my morning latte!

The keto powder was delivered today. I've just added to my evening coffee just to have a taste tbh. It's very good. It absolutely has no nasty taste and is really creamy. I had zero expectations and have been using mct powder from somewhere else. Its completely different. This will be very easy to use.

Another day of using “the basics” as she calls them in coffee and zero cravings for junk, I love my morning coffee with keto powder and collagen . I had a keto cup of tea at 6pm to stop my usual evening of snacking in front of the tv and it worked a treat.

Be wary of my protein and check ingredients- they can add sugar and sweeteners to the flavoured ones. Also they don’t specify what type of collagen it is. (I-V)
Big fan of the willpowders products here! I haven’t tried her collagen yet (use natures plus or revive naturals). But on my second order of keto & mct.
Her books are worth a read too!

You can mix collagen with any liquid. Some have quite a taste though, so aren’t entirely pleasant with water!

also what do you think of the collagen ? I currently take it in tablet form is it better sitted in to a drink ? Ta!
