I agree. To start with just go for the collagen and keto powder. I have the mct oil but don’t use it as much.

The keto powder is much gentler on the stomach.
Thank you !. I just placed a order and ordered the collagen and keto powder and the oestrogen detox supplement

I add a teaspoon of it into my coffee with the collagen and some creatine and blend it. I’m weight training hence the creatine.

Creatine is the most studied of all supplements- yes for weight training but also recent studies showing the cognitive benefits of it too!!!
Keto, collagen, Creatine and coffee what a great combination!

Aren’t there brands where you can get good quality direct without a celeb middle woman making a cut ?.

surely all she has done is put her name to products someone else formulated and deal with logistics etc in return for a healthy cut of whatever sells .
---
If what I’m assuming is correct then is quality suffering in order for her to take the £££ cut

If you look at different MCT and collagen products, hers are actually priced really competitively. I don’t understand the dislike of ‘celebrity’ middle woman - this is her life/business now, it’s not like she’s just a bystander. No one moans when someone like Rihanna brings out cosmetics etc 🤷🏽‍♀️

Absolutely, I can only compare the collagen, but I was buying from ‘Ancient & Brave’ which was £27 for 200g, whereas Willpowder’s pack is 400g for £21.99 and I don’t know whether it was the extra bounce in my step caused by the much lower price but I definitely feel like it has a better effect on my achy joints.

Good point re Rihanna.
Thinking about it, I just feel I trust the product of let’s say Elle McPherson who is super wealthy in comparison.

someone so wealthy I would like to hope would protect their reputation by putting out as good a quality as they can

it’s not price point for me but quality and trusting that the product is a good one.

I don’t have as much buying confidence when it’s a z list name involved /lending their name to a product that with some celebs they know nothing about the ingredients .

depends how much money and time the celeb has invested

The quality of her products are superb in my opinion and compared to ancient and brave etc who have a much higher price point i much prefer Davinia’s. Great marketing - her range is very much geared towards a female client base and she really does know about the products she sells - it’s her product! She’s not lending her name to anything. I think her bio-hacking knowledge is right up there. I purchased it all initially to get my hormones back in check and as a by product of following her advice along with other medical professionals she works alongside, I’ve lost 15kg’s!

I totally agree. She’s so passionate, I mean she’s on insta 24/7 about her products which I don’t think a sales type person would be? She clearly uses her own products too. Meh, I just like her. I think it’s the ADHD in me that aligns with hers 🤣

There’s so much talk about ADHD at the moment (or maybe it’s because we’re awaiting a diagnosis for our son that I’m very aware of it when mentioned)

Apparently nootropics can be helpful (aside from medication) do you use anything?
I know fish oils are important and perhaps Creatine too. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have made a keto coffee with keto powder , collagen in it and MCT oil and just one coffee has stopped cravings for stuff like crisps. I love how passionate she is about her brand and like others have said she obviously uses them all.

I’m very impressed.

That’s brilliant 💜

Before I train I have a keto coffee without the mct oil just the powders as she recommends (I do add creatine). It’s definitely given me alot more energy than before.

but afterwards I don’t crave a reward croissant for exercising.

It’s fantastic because it’s finally moving away from the ‘naughty little boy’ narrative that ADHD has held for so many years. I’m not sure what helps longer term (I can’t remember to take stuff or concentrate enough to know it’s making a difference 🙈) but I do like it for stopping cravings etc.

Another Will Powders advocate here! 👌🏻 I’ve been using her collagen, keto powder and MCT oil for just over 2 months, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Superb quality, competitively priced and as many of you have already said, Davinia really knows her stuff.
I’ve lost 2 stone thus far, I now sleep through the night, no more feeling groggy or meh, and I’m longer interested in crap like crisps and chocolate… unheard of before! 😂

Have you listened to the andrew huberman podcast on ADHD- it’s epic and discusses fast blinking for focus, fish oils and a high in EPA diet all as ways to ‘help’ but not eliminate adhd. It means that meds can be minimised in a lot of cases. Also it advocates a low sugary diet. Def worth listening to. It’s over two hours though- the irony- but listen to in bits. X

Can you tell me does her keto powder have a slight bitter taste to it? The mct powder i use is ever so slightly bitter but enough to put me off it really.

I don’t like the oil either as it always leaves a film over my mouth - I much prefer the Keto powder, I actually look forward to having my coffee with it as it’s so creamy and tastes like a treat.
