That's really interesting, thanks. I have read some reviews which are all mainly positive but I don't know how authentic they are, so it's good to hear that you rate them.
My hairdresser commented when I last saw her about my hair and asked what I’d been doing because my hair was in such good condition and so soft. That was the only change I’d made. My nails are much better too.

I’ve had no problem with customer service but I live in London and my block of flats has a reception that collects parcels for us.

Her keto powder is the only one I’ve been able to have in a coffee before training. I train 6 days early morning a week. Prior to that any bulletproof coffee before training would make me physically sick.

The crazy dogs and chaos is not for me but these products are v high quality. I’ve been bio hacking for 6 years.

I rate her collagen too - really decent price as well.

I was shocked to see she had liked Brand’s post. I wonder if she’s changed her mind since the dispatches / The Times investigation has come out.

This doesn’t add up right does it? Between the serving and 100g. Or am I just too tired this morning and missing something?

Out of interest- do you think the calories are correct for the keto powder? It’s wildly different than the oil. I like calorie controlled mixed with keto/ish diet and interested to know if I was to do keto powder up until late lunch what the calories wouid be xx

The calories on the keto powder are correct as I’m on my second pack.

The oil is obviously much higher it’s about 135 calories per 15mls whereas it’s 36 calls for 10g for the powder.

As an aside, Davina doesn't particularly focus on calories as she talks a. lot about needing the good fats for hormonal health etc. So I guess the tmight be a bit contradictory to calorie counting?

Yes I know she doesn’t like calorie counting but at the end of the day it’s all about calorie deficit to lose weight and I reckon if the keto powder stops the snacking and helps delay IF then it’s worth it adding the calories to the daily intake.
Going to order and see what it’s like ;) x

That's very true.
I use an mct powder from another company and calories are very low compared to the oil so I reckon its correct. It sounds about on par with what I have .
