FFS - eat the Paella without shoving tablets down your neck! We are not talking about a Greggs pasty here/ takeaway ,it's Spanish Paella ,full of seafood and goodness. Don't get me wrong, I try to be healthy etc but this was me when I had an eating disorder, eating healthy food but having that 'crutch' to fall back on just in case. I see a lot of people do benefit from her supplements etc, but by God this is too far.

I do really like will powders electrolytes. They are expensive though. I am currently using ancient brave which I bought when will powders were out of stock. I work I. A school so don’t drink anywhere near as much as I should through the day and I go to the gym loads so I feel that they do benefit me .

Thanks! I like the fact that they are a diuretic too. Worth a try then will look at ancient and brave if I find them useful!

It is so ridiculous that she can’t eat some paella without taking a supplement. Packing then other day she needed a supplement to help. Powder for this, tablets for that. How much does all this cost? How do humans that don’t take all this survive? 🙄

It doesn’t cost her anything - all her own products…
I really like some of her products but I def don’t need them to get thru the day to day.
I’ve cut out the collagen, don’t have the mct as much as I did but def find the ah ha brilliant and the DIM (which she made me aware of years ago) is a real changer when I need it if really hormonal.
I’m sure a lot of it is just the same as an espresso coffee would do before a big task etc.

Ooh which DIM do you take?
I really fancy trying it

It was the nutri advanced one. I see it’s been discontinued now though. I think that’s why the oestrogen support from
Willpowder has been discontinued too as government don’t allow DIM to be purchased.

I took it about a week before I was due on and it helped immensely with sore boobs and rage/irritation/ annoyance and all the rest.

Wow, she’s really mad. Surely this comes with the territory of being an ‘influencer’. She shouldn’t rise to it unless it’s hit a nerve!

Wow, she is an emotional mess. Some of her comments in replies to the post are off the charts.

This is just a word salad. I've not listened to it, does it make any more sense in the video? She does seem to take things very personally.

God she must be going through something to post that.. as a business owner it’s no ideal marketing, but it shows she’s bloody passionate & has come out of the other side, whilst still battling her demons..

I know this won’t be popular but I think fair play to her having a rant about this. It just goes to show how much she struggles on a day to day basis to stay sober and I for one salut her. She’s mad as a bag of frogs at time but I thankfully don’t have an addition and I know how hard it is to motivate myself to do things some days with nothing wrong so if she believes that taking MCT and exercising and all the other stuff she does helps her stay sober for her husband children and business then fair do’s.

She will never convince me that those 'Calm' tablets work when she keeps losing her tit like this

They do work, I’ve had problems sleeping and they’ve helped me massively
